Judge Makes Massive Trump Decision - Stormy Daniels Rocked

good news from the, and very rare, from the judge in his Stormy Daniels hush money case

been a friend to former President Donald Trump. He has not decided almost anything in his favor

in Alvin Bragg's ridiculous hush money case in New York City, Manhattan, that I believe

and many legal scholars believe, should have never been brought to begin with. The case is so weak

I mean, it's got more holes than Swiss cheese. They had to bend and manipulate the law to even

have this case come to court. This is absolutely, in my opinion, for political purposes, including

Alvin Bragg's political career. The judge, he's issued decision after decision that go against

Trump. But in this one case, he decided that one piece of evidence that the prosecution wanted to

bring in against Trump would not be allowed. And the prosecution, well, they weren't really

admissible. Karen McDougal, the former Playboy playmate, the former president allegedly had an

affair with, will be allowed to testify. On the other hand, the Access Hollywood tape

which everybody knows about, can't be played for the jury. I thought those were very reasonable conclusions by the judge. You know

the Karen McDougal story is very similar to the Stormy Daniels story. It is money paid

for silence for women who were allegedly involved with Trump, you know, at Trump's behest. The idea

that Trump was trying to keep information from the voters on the eve of the election by paying

this money or having his allies at the National Enquirer pay Karen McDougal. I also thought it

was appropriate to keep the Access Hollywood tape out. That is a case, that is a tape about

non-consensual sexual contact. The Donald Trump saying, you know, what everyone knows he said

about what he could do with women. That's not what this case is about. No one, Stormy Daniels

and Karen McDougal both claim that this was consensual sex. And I thought keeping that

away from the jury, even though they probably already know about it, was an appropriate decision for Trump's benefit
