Joe Biden Classified Documents Case Shocking Twist - White House Notified

a stunning twist in the Joe Biden classified documents case. Not the Trump but the President Joe Biden classified documents case

So as you know Trump is being prosecuted for withholding classified documents from the

federal government, documents that he says belong to him and the government says belong

to them. They're also hitting him with obstruction charges. Well there was also news that Joe Biden had classified documents at several different

locations from even before he was Vice President which begs the question how did he get access

to taking them out of you know skiffs and skiffs are secure locations

You're not supposed to take them out of there especially as a senator but apparently somehow he did and these documents were found all over the place

Well now there's news on what's happening with the case against Joe Biden

Let's take a look. When it comes to President Biden and the classified documents case involving him that the special

counsel is not likely to bring charges against the President. That's right we reported several weeks ago that it was not looking like anyone would

be charged in that investigation and today multiple sources familiar with this probe

tell us the charges are not expected to be filed as part of this probe

Instead the special counsel Robert Herr is expected to issue a report that we're told

is likely going to be quite detailed. We've had multiple sources in and around this investigation talk about just how thorough

Herr has been in this investigation reaching out to witnesses multiple times going over

issues again and again. We expect that this will be a detailed report laying out exactly how they conducted this

investigation and what they learned. We also expect that it could be critical of President Biden and his staff and how they

handled these classified materials. That's unclear exactly when this report will go to the Justice Department but at this point

it appears they are aiming to do this by the end of the year though I am told that timeline

could slide. So I can already anticipate what we're going to hear from other well specifically one other

network Ellie Honig that this is a double standard. The Donald Trump was charged and there's a federal case and indictments about his mishandling

of classified documents and Joe Biden is not going to be charged

Obviously the cases are different. Ellie Honig explain what you think about that

Well Jake first of all important to keep in mind Robert Herr is a conservative

He was a law clerk to Chief Justice William Rehnquist. He was nominated to be US attorney in Maryland in 2017

So of course they're not going to prosecute Joe Biden. Did you think they were going to prosecute Joe Biden

You know this goes right to the heart of what we're talking about. You got Trump being federally prosecuted for classified documents

Nothing happens to Joe Biden. Nothing. No case here. Nothing to see here

Please move along. Nothing to see here. You remember that scene from Naked Gun those of you that saw it you know what I'm talking about

So it's just more hypocrisy, more nonsense and they don't even care to hide the bias anymore

They're not even trying anymore. I appreciate it when they tried. You know when they tried to hide the bias
