0:31
guys what's happening now in in these
0:33
courts I've said it in a previous video
0:35
I've said it in several previous
0:37
videos these District judges and there's
0:39
over 670 of them Nationwide are acting
0:43
like little mini presidents it presents
0:45
a real danger to the Judiciary in this
0:48
country it can erode the power of the
0:50
Judiciary Branch it can certainly erode
0:52
the power of the executive branch and
0:54
what they're doing to stop Trump could
0:56
stop all future
0:57
presidents the Democrats don't care
1:00
they'll take a py victory they will burn
1:03
the house down to get what they want I
1:05
mean ask anybody who owns a Tesla
1:07
dealership these are not sane people
1:10
okay they're not people who think long
1:13
term of their
1:15
actions and then you have Supreme Court
1:18
Justice John Roberts come out and scold
1:21
president Donald Trump and scold the
1:22
Republicans for talking about impeaching
1:25
these judges and it doesn't matter
1:28
because representative Brandon Gillan
1:29
and others they are filing articles of
1:32
impeachment against these judges and
1:33
rightfully so they're risking the whole
1:36
country if they don't impeach these
1:38
judges John Roberts I understand you
1:42
come from a Time chief justice where the
1:45
law is supposed to be the law and it's
1:46
supposed to be fair and it's supposed to
1:48
be balanced but times have
1:51
changed times have changed this is a
1:53
street War okay and we got to get in the
1:57
streets here figuratively speaking
2:00
and we got to battle this out we got to
2:03
battle this out to save this country now
2:05
Mark Levin he broke it down much better
2:08
than I ever could I want you to listen
2:10
to what he had to say here and let me
2:12
know what you think in the comments
2:14
government exists for We the People it
2:16
doesn't exist for John Roberts the
2:18
judges Congress or anybody else this
2:20
whole thing was set up for us to protect
2:23
us when these judges are conducting
2:26
themselves this way when they're
2:27
interfering with an election when
2:29
they're grabbing seizing power in front
2:31
of our eyes we're all smart we see it
2:34
from the executive branch a president of
2:36
the United States he's elected
2:38
nationally they're created by Congress
2:40
they're not even in the Constitution
2:42
they're using a power judicial review
2:44
that's not even in the Constitution that
2:46
was created by the Supreme Court in 1803
2:49
they should at least have some level of
2:51
difference to the president of the
2:53
United States and notice one other
2:56
thing compare the number of restraining
3:00
orders injunctions and reversals that
3:03
Donald Trump has had with the last 10
3:06
presidents of the unit we just had those
3:08
up on the board mark it is grest yeah
3:10
it's very interesting because you know
3:12
last time around it was all uh
3:13
Department of Justice now you've got Pam
3:15
bondy there and they're trying she's
3:17
trying to crack down a weaponization so
3:19
now you sort of see this other um area
3:22
like the whack-a-mole popping up so now
3:24
it's going to be across the country in
3:26
judges and injunctions coming from these
3:28
judges but um I think it's going to be
3:30
interesting to see if these tests hold
3:32
up and it looks like at this point the
3:34
White House is in you know it's better
3:36
to ask forgiveness than permission mode
3:38
and we heard today they're going to keep
3:39
sending people that they think are
3:42
members of gangs and dangerous to the
3:43
United States back where they came from
3:46
just one quick thing yeah go the White
3:48
House is defending the executive branch
3:51
separation of powers and the
3:53
Constitution from Rogue radical
3:56
left-wing Democrat lawyers in Black
3:58
robes that what the White House is doing
4:00
they're not picking a fight they're
4:02
responding to those who are trying to
4:03
seize their power that's what they're
4:05
doing yep and there's action every
4:07
single day um so there's a lot more
4:10
coming at them than we've seen in the
4:12
past because he's working hard to get a
4:13
lot done very quickly it's going to be
4:15
very interesting to watch this play out
4:17
Mark Lin always good to see you mark
4:18
thank you very much
