hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine

0:07
massive announcement he wants to change
0:09
one part of the
0:11
Constitution and I'm totally with him
0:15

0:36
out you know the 14th amendment that
0:41
guarantees Birthright citizenship a lot
0:44
of people don't really understand what
0:45
it's
0:46
for the people who wrote the 14th
0:49
Amendment weren't thinking gee if people
0:51
illegally come into this country and
0:53
have kids we want those kids born here
0:55
to be citizens so we can't get rid of
0:57
them or their parents that's not what
0:59
they were thinking what the reason for
1:02
the 14th amendment was because there was
1:03
some places in the country at that time
1:06
many places most of the country at that
1:08
time that were not treating black people
1:11
former slaves as full citizens let me be
1:13
honest every place in the country pretty
1:15
much was not treating them as full
1:17
American citizens with full American
1:19
rights and the 14th amendment was
1:21
written to say these is the children of
1:23
slaves was going to say if you were born
1:25
in this country you're a citizen of this
1:26
country regardless of your race your
1:28
Creed your nationality if you were born
1:30
in this
1:31
country you're a citizen so it was meant
1:34
to write a wrong of
1:37
slavery it has now been abused by
1:41
illegal aliens when they come here
1:43
literally come here some of them
1:44
pregnant ready to give birth give birth
1:47
here and then it's like na na na na na
1:49
you can't get rid of me my kid's a
1:51
citizen it's been so grossly abused that
1:56
it's it's it's unbelievable and so Trump
1:59
is saying he wants to get rid of it now
2:00
he's going to see if he can do it by
2:02
executive action but if he can't it's
2:04
going to require an amendment to the
2:06
Constitution I got to tell you guys
2:08
that's a Monumental process with 50
2:10
states it's not like it was when you
2:13
know they said well you can amend the
2:14
Constitution you got to ratify it
2:17
through the state legislators
2:19
first it's it's such an arduous process
2:22
it could take
2:23
decades to create a new Amendment it's
2:25
just again and not like the old days
2:27
that's why the ER has been sitting there
2:29
for decades
2:30
and it'll probably never get ratified
2:32
because there's no point to it
2:34
anymore but I want you to watch what he
2:36
says here though because there are
2:37
executive actions he could take and and
2:39
there's also actions the Congress can
2:41
take I'd like to see that happen I want
2:44
you to hear what Mr Trump the president
2:45
elect has to say here and let me know
2:47
what you think in the
2:49
comments let me ask you about another
2:50
group of people the estimated 4 million
2:53
families in America who have mixed
2:54
immigration status so I'm talking about
2:56
parents who might be here illegally but
2:58
the kids are here legally your borders
3:01
are talk separation well I mean there
3:04
are two aspects to this your border are
3:06
Tom Homan said they can be deported
3:08
together is that the plan well that way
3:09
you keep the F Well I don't want to be
3:12
breaking up families so the only way you
3:14
don't break up the family is you keep
3:15
them together and you have to send them
3:17
all back even kids who are here legally
3:20
well well what you going to do if they
3:22
want to stay with the father look we
3:23
have to have rules and regulations you
3:25
can always find something out like you
3:27
know this doesn't work that doesn't work
3:29
I'll tell you what's going to be
3:30
horrible when we take a wonderful young
3:32
woman who's with a
3:36
Criminal and they show the woman and she
3:38
could say by the law but they show the
3:41
woman being taken out or they want her
3:45
out and your cameras are focused on her
3:47
as she's crying as she's being taken out
3:49
of our country and then the public turns
3:51
against us but we have to do our job and
3:54
you have to have a series of standards
3:56
and a series of laws and in the end look
4:00
our country is a mess let me ask you
4:03
about some of your other promises on
4:04
this topic You' promised to end
4:06
Birthright citizenship on day one is
4:08
that still your plan yeah absolutely the
4:11
14th Amendment though says that quote
4:13
all persons born in the United States
4:15
are citizens can you get around the 14th
4:17
Amendment with an ex get a change we
4:19
maybe have to go back to the people but
4:21
we have to end it we're the only country
4:23
that has it you through an executive
4:24
action you know we're the only country
4:25
that has it do you know if somebody sets
4:28
a foot just a foot one foot you don't
4:30
need two on our land congratulations you
4:33
are now a a citizen of the United States
4:35
of America yes we're going to end that
4:37
because it's ridiculous through
4:38
executive action we well if we can
4:41
through executive action I was going to
4:43
do it through executive action but then
4:44
we had to fix Co first to be honest with
4:46
you um
