'Go To Jail' - Blockbuster Trump News After Federal Judge Issues Order

after a judge in Donald Trump's federal case issued a gag order on him. So Trump, well he's

Donald Trump was in Iowa on Monday just hours after the gag order on him was issued and it

didn't seem like the gag order had much of an effect on him at all. Here's the problem with

the gag order though. What are your enforcement mechanisms? Ultimately you could be put behind

bars. Ultimately the judge could decide that you violated the gag order enough to actually put you

behind prison bars. Would that happen to a man who was the former President of the United States

To a man who's running for President right now? And would that get before the Supreme Court with

lightning speed? Well Trump had an answer to all of that and I think we should listen to him. Let's

take a look. Getting beaten very badly by me in the polls. They think the only way they can catch

me is to stop me from speaking. They want to take away my voice and a judge gave a gag order today

Did you hear that on speech? Which I believe is totally unconstitutional what she did. A judge

gave a gag order. The judge doesn't like me too much. Her whole life is not liking me. But she

gave a gag order. You know what a gag order is? You can't speak badly about your opponent

But this is weaponry all being done because Joe Biden is losing the election and losing very

very badly to all of us in the polls. He's losing badly. But what they don't understand

is that I am willing to go to jail if that's what it takes for our country to win and become

a democracy again. Thank you. Thank you very much

We have become a fascist state run by incompetent people that want to see us fail. We're not going

to let it happen. We're not going to have our country destroyed. To show 60 minutes should

be ashamed of themselves. I don't want to see Trump go to jail. I don't want to see him behind bars

But I do respect the spirit of the man. I do respect that he's really willing to fight. He's

really willing to put it on the line because this, in my opinion, in his opinion, and the opinion of

a lot of people, is a violation of his First Amendment rights. In other words, what's happening

here is people who are going to testify against him, like let's say a Mike Pence, can say whatever

they want about him on the campaign trail. But because Mike Pence is a witness, he can't hit

back. Somebody like Bill Barr could campaign for somebody else and they could say whatever they

want about Trump. And Barr could say whatever he wants about Trump. But because Barr is a witness

Trump can't hit back. You are handcuffing this man before an election. This needs to be appealed

immediately and it needs to be changed. You're absolutely violating this man's First Amendment
