Former President Obama Dragged Into Biden Impeachment Bombshell

in on Joe Biden and now the White House has a plan of action

Although they could have avoided it if they just did the right thing

So Joe Biden has been asked or the Republicans are prepared to ask for emails

Emails that he used under fictitious aliases which is not uncommon when you work in the

federal government especially at the executive level to have fictitious aliases and use that

to communicate. Not uncommon. It happens. The Republicans say well look we think your son Hunter Biden was involved in an influence

peddling scheme and we think you're involved in it or you might be involved in it

We want to see these emails. So now this gets into even President Obama because President Obama has to either okay

the National Archives to give the records to Congress or he can block them

He has 30 days to do this. If they block it the Republicans almost assuredly will start an impeachment inquiry

That gives them the ultimate power they can have under the Constitution and then it's

almost certain the National Archives would give them over or if not they would go to

court with the Republicans who would almost assuredly win as the Democrats did for their

impeachment inquiry against former President Donald Trump because that's when the Congress's

height is at its zenith during an impeachment inquiry. So Jonathan Turley he's a known law scholar

He's an attorney. He was one who weighed in on this on Fox News and he said there's a very simple way because

he wanted to see the White House started a war room to defend itself during this impeachment

inquiry that they anticipate coming. Well why do you need a war room

Jonathan Turley said there's an easy way to avoid it. Let's take a look

Well you know the problem is that they're establishing this war room before a war

They could easily avoid an impeachment inquiry by simply asking the National Archives to

release this information for the president to release information from his own financial

accounts and that would really forestall the need to have an inquiry

It's only because they have been stonewalling that Congress has very little choice in my

view but to move forward. I mean consider what Congress has right now

I mean even the media is now accepting that there has been an influence peddling operation

conducted by Hunter Biden by his uncle and by others worth tens of millions of dollars

from foreign sources. The Washington Post recently admitted that the president has been lying about his son's

business dealings in China. Devin Archer an associate of Hunter said that it was patently false what the president's

been telling the public for years that he had no knowledge of their business dealings

So what is Congress supposed to do? Now if they go to an impeachment inquiry they're going to win

If they go to court and demand these emails, demand the financial records, they're going

to win. The Democrats went to court to insist on Trump's banking records

So the question I have again is why set up a war room if you don't have to have a war

You know why not be transparent? If all these emails are trivialities then have them released and put it to rest

But right now we've got $20 million or more passing through a labyrinth of accounts and

shell corporations to Biden family members. The president benefits from that, right

He's a person that is worth more than $8 million. People at his age are usually trying to create financial legacies for their family

They're not trying to gather more money in their personal accounts. That's a benefit

But we also don't know if the president has gotten direct benefits

The Democrats are now arguing, okay look there was influence peddling but it was an illusion

How do you know that? The obligation of Congress is to find answers to those questions

If you've committed no crime, if you've done nothing wrong, let them see the evidence

Let them see the emails. Why do you need a war room? If it was me, if my reputation was being disparaged, I would absolutely want to turn those emails

over and get my good name back that's been besmirched. Does Joe Biden want to do that

Or does he want a war room to do PR propaganda when he could just show them the emails, hey

look there's nothing to see here, and everybody goes on about their day

So now the question has to be raised, if he doesn't do it, why not
