when he decided to defend the Hunter Biden pardon. Now listen, the President of the United States

President Joe Biden, or any president of the United States can pardon anybody they want for any reason or no reason, period

End of story. It's in the Constitution. But to defend it, as anything

other than the nepotism that it is makes you sound ridiculous. So that's my, that's my word to

Democrats. You sound ridiculous. Stop defending it. Just say he wanted to protect his son. We'd all

accept that, I think. I think all of us would accept that. I'm not a parent. But if I were

I want to protect my son too So I get that That a good argument to make Just make that argument But this mental gymnastics they trying to do to say no no no Trump is still a danger of democracy No Trump still thinks he above the law

With the same time saying, but Biden doesn't think that, when he just pardoned his son and showed, yeah, my son's above the law

is ridiculous. Look, some people in this country are above the law

because they have power that you and I don't have. End of story

And believing anything other than that is, believing in fairy tales. Republican Democrat doesn't matter

Some people are just above the law. Of the land. Nobody's above God's law

But above the law of this land, yeah, some people are just because either they have power

or they have proximity to power. Gene Piro, a former prosecutor, absolutely shut this man down and tore him to shreds

That's what you just said. And weapons to empire on charges. Okay, hold on. Here's the bottom line

There are pardons and there are pardons. Now, there are pardons that occur after someone to serve jail time

as paid his debt to society is remorseful And then there are pardons for a dirt bag who has grabbed a garbage bag and collected cash from around the world from the Ukrainians the Russians the Russians the

Russians, the Ukrainians, and the Chinese $1.5 billion that he was given the right to invest

after his father sent him over to China. This is a different scenario. The corruption in the

Biden family is so deep. It is so real. that Joe Biden knows he can't just pardon him for the gun charge

which he was found guilty of by a jury of his peers or the tax charges

which he himself pled guilty to. So I don't know about selective prosecution

But he has to go back to January of 2014. Now, why is that, Richard

The reason for that is because there is so much corruption in the whole damn family

that they have to go back to January. If you recall, when Donald Trump was president

He makes a simple phone call. It said, you know, I'm hearing this stuff about Burisma and money being withheld unless a prosecutor is removed

And Joe admits to it. And as soon as Donald Trump makes a call about that, they impeach him

Why? Because he got too close to the reality of the corruption that was let me finish the corruption that was going on in the Biden crime family That why the pardon has to go back and I guarantee you his bribery brother going to get it his sister going to get it Everybody in the Biden crime family is going to get it

And I don't even want to hear an argument that this guy's not a liar. He is a liar from the get-go

Joe Biden has done nothing but enrich his family. And if I don't ever want to hear anyone called Donald Trump

a liar again. To be fair, there was a Trump appointed U.S. attorney that investigated Hunter Biden, that

investigated the Biden family, and they had the only person they charged was Hunter. So if there was all the things that you say were true, then they would have

investigated this. They would have investigated his brother. They would investigate the daughter. You're talking to a prosecutor

You're talking to all the people. They didn't do that, Richard. Don't play games with me. I'm not playing games with. Don't tell you what actually

happen. We're living in a revisionist history. have the Department of Justice and the power to indict

He was a special counsel, he had a special counsel authority. He could have also subpoenaed Joe Biden's brother

He could have also subpoenaed Joe Biden's sister. He didn't do any of that. You know what? If you don't know what you're talking about, Richard, stop talking about

But why wasn't it was a subpoena's issue? There was subpoenas issue and they didn't show up
