0:32
free it really helps us out Corey Booker
0:35
gave a little
0:37
speech about us Aid and I always laugh
0:39
at this because Cory Booker he's one of
0:44
those
0:45
guys that you can see he he probably
0:47
went to like acting school right I have
0:50
a lot of friends who are actors so I'm
0:51
not knocking actors but actors belong
0:54
acting unless they decide to you know
0:57
run for Congress which is fine and then
1:00
they they should be serious once they're
1:01
there Cory Booker was never an actor
1:04
he's actually using it just to put on a
1:07
show in in the Senate and that's what I
1:11
hate about him that's what I dislike
1:12
about him I shouldn't say hate that's
1:13
what I dislike about him I don't think
1:15
anything he says is sincere I think he's
1:17
just building up one giant audition for
1:19
the presidency someday and I think he he
1:22
sees himself as a next Obama I see him
1:26
as just your typical Democrat who really
1:29
doesn't have have any principles values
1:31
or morals to stand on and has to
1:33
grandstand and do what he does to raise
1:36
money to keep going he made a total
1:39
clown of himself during this I want you
1:41
to watch this and let me know what you
1:43
think in the comments it's time for us
1:46
to
1:47
fight and let's be clear let's be clear
1:51
about how we can
1:57
fight the Republicans want the White
2:00
House they won the House of
2:03
Representatives they won the United
2:05
States Senate they have majorities
2:06
across Congress but we are not powerless
2:12
we have agency and we all must join
2:16
together and fight in these ways but the
2:19
first thing we cannot do is allow them
2:23
to weaken Us by us turning against each
2:27
other this must be a Coalition that
2:31
grows and grows and grows there can be
2:35
no bystanders in this fight it is time
2:39
that we understand the only thing
2:42
necessary for wrong to Triumph is for
2:45
right to do nothing for right to be
2:49
silent and so understand this there are
2:52
legislators walking through here but
2:55
these are the ways we're going to fight
2:57
first of all in the United States Senate
3:00
we will not
3:10
cooperate we are
3:13
joining the
3:15
leadership we are joining the leadership
3:18
already stated by Brian Shotz of Hawaii
3:21
that we will cooperate with no
3:23
appointments when it comes to the state
3:26
department no appointments when it comes
3:29
to foreign
3:31
policy the first thing we're going to do
3:33
in the Senate is not cooperate with the
3:37
illegal and unconstitutional acts that
3:40
they are trying to
3:45
do the second thing we are going to do
3:49
and we met this morning it is in the
3:51
legal perspective the second thing we
3:53
are going to do is we are going to fight
3:56
this legally in every way we can
4:02
we will fight their violation of civil
4:06
service
4:08
laws we will fight their violation of
4:11
civil rights
4:13
laws we will fight their violations of
4:16
separation of
4:18
powers we will fight their violations of
4:21
our Constitution of the United States of
4:26
America we will not shut up we will will
4:29
stand up we will speak up we will rise
4:34
up it is time as the African spiritual
4:37
says for us to lift every voice and
4:42
condemnation of what's going
4:48
on we will fight legally we will fight
4:53
procedurally and we will also fight
4:57
legislatively from the house of repres
4:59
resentative to the United States Senate
5:01
we will be introducing legislation to
5:04
stop this assault on our Constitution
5:06
and separation of powers and lest you
5:09
think I'm
5:10
naive lest you think I'm
5:13
naive do not categorize this as a left
5:17
to right fight this is not about left or
5:20
right it's about right and
5:27
wrong this is not about demon in a
5:30
political party it is about telling the
5:32
truth about Donald Trump's actions and
5:35
Elon musk's actions we must we must as a
5:39
people appeal to the consciousness of
5:42
those moderate Republicans that we can
5:44
get to stand with us on legislation to
5:47
save us Aid
