out guys election day is a special day
0:35
in America and it used to be easy I
0:38
remember when I was a kid the ballots
0:41
were done paper ballots they were handc
0:43
counted and we knew them the results
0:44
that night now we have all this
0:47
technology and we don't know the results
0:49
for days sometimes sometimes weeks and I
0:52
pray that we know the results tonight so
0:54
the court cases stop I don't want to see
0:57
court cases dragon on it's not good for
0:59
the country
1:01
yesterday a court case went in our favor
1:04
and I thought it was an easy one
1:05
actually a lot of court cases have been
1:07
going in our favor I say for the good
1:09
guys Elon Musk learned yesterday that
1:12
his giveaway of $1 million for people
1:14
who sign a pledge to be true to the
1:18
Constitution can continue it wasn't
1:20
electioneering he wasn't telling them to
1:22
vote a certain way he wasn't even
1:23
telling them to register to make the
1:25
million dollars it was just to pledge
1:27
their loyalty to the
1:28
Constitution that's that's as American
1:31
as apple pie but for some reason it
1:32
irked the Democrats do they not want
1:35
people to be true to the Constitution
1:38
it's a darn good question but the court
1:41
was pretty decisive on this and I want
1:43
you to watch this video and then let me
1:45
know what you think in the comments
1:46
tomorrow at 700 p.m. Eastern when polls
1:49
close previously they were given an
1:51
extension to Arizona now where the
1:53
Secretary of State appeared to miss a
1:55
deadline today to identify some 98,000
1:58
names of people to double check they are
2:00
eligible to vote in September State
2:02
officials announced a data coding issue
2:04
in the driver's license database a judge
2:07
in Pennsylvania ruled a couple of hours
2:09
ago that Elon Musk may continue his $1
2:12
million giveaway to individuals who
2:14
signed a pledge supporting the first and
2:16
second amendments Philadelphia's
2:18
district attorney on the left there
2:20
Larry ker said it was an illegal Lottery
2:23
must attorneys argued it amounted to
2:25
free speech and from the courts to the
2:27
FBI election Command Center we took a
2:29
tour inside this nerve center where
2:31
about 80 people all week will be
2:33
combating any election related security
2:35
threats including cyber hacks attacks
2:37
and posts on social
2:39
media we are not looking to curtail Free
2:43
Speech we are not looking to monitor
2:45
social media however when information is
2:49
threatening and it rises to the
2:51
violation of federal laws then we look
2:54
to take action and overseas the FBI
2:57
continues to have a close watch on Cyber
2:59
threats
