BREAKING: Judge In Trump Trial Makes Stunning Decision - The Case Has Been Rocked

So Judge Tanya Chutkin who was appointed by former President Obama has made a decision

as to Trump's request for additional information and additional witnesses regarding January 6th

Now the former President wanted additional materials to use for his case and in it he

subpoenaed seven other people including a clerk for the House of Representatives

Well the government argued against this. They said it would be superfluous and that it was not necessary at this time and that

it would delay the trial. Well not shockingly this judge who has been a thorn in the side of former President Trump

who has agreed with him on almost nothing decided that the government was correct and

she did not grant Trump's request. Big stunner there right? I think the problem here as I see it is this is just part of a series of decisions

One or two will go Trump's way but a series of decisions in this case that have been against

Trump from the beginning. Now this woman was known as the toughest judge on January 6th defendants and she really you

know put sometimes stiffer penalties than the government even asked for and so to have

her at the helm of this trial is an abomination. She should have recused herself from day one

It's like they went out and said can we find the most anti-Trump judge and bang there she is

Of course you don't get to pick your judge that's not how it works but they could not

ask the government could not have asked for a more anti-Trump judge than this one and

that is exactly what they got and I do not believe that former President Trump is getting

a fair shake. I don't think he can get a fair shake in this Washington DC court

Not with this judge not at this time and I think the facts bear out what I'm saying

here and so this is just another like I said in a long line of decisions that have gone

against the former president. Now the judge went on to call this a fishing expedition totally dismissing it just saying

it was a fishing expedition and they would not she would not grant the request and that

was a horrible thing to do a fishing expedition you mean somebody's fishing for the evidence

to defend themselves in a court of law is Donald Trump not entitled to the same legal

rights as every other American no matter what you think about him

We're talking about the same fundamental rights that every defendant has in a court of law

is Donald Trump not entitled to those. It started to seem that in a lot of people's minds he is not and that is very scary for
