Bragg Scandal Discovered - He Could Be Disbarred

Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg has put his career on the line with his Trump derangement syndrome

Alvin Bragg has a big issue according to famed Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz

When Dershowitz says that Bragg could actually be disbarred for his case against Trump and what he has done in it namely

Putting a witness on the stand that he knows is lying Now it was just last week

That everything was drawn into a tizzy and the grand jury was sent back and a lot of different things had to happen

Because the defense trumps people put somebody on the stand to refute. Mr. Cohen and kind of proved that. Mr

Cohen was lying. Now, of course, it depends on whether you believe the witness or not, namely Robert Costello

Who said he knew for a fact? That Bragg was lying and what what Dershowitz says is

that Costello proved the main witness is going to be a Perjuring liar on the witness stand and that puts a district attorney in a terrible position the district attorney in this case

Of course being Alvin Bragg. He said if he uses Cohen as a witness, he could actually lose his bar license

It's unethical to put a witness on the stand who you know is lying and he has to know that Cohen will be lying

Or he tries the case without Cohen which would be very difficult or he does the right thing and drops the case

That's what Dershowitz says. Now, of course We're not on the jury. We're not in Michael Cohen's head. We don't know that he's lying, right

We don't know that for a fact we can't possibly know that for a fact What we do know for a fact is that Michael Cohen served time in prison for being a perjuring liar

and this is your star witness a guy who is already being

Proven to be a perjuring liar you had somebody on there credibly refute the things he was saying just a week ago

then you have a guy who Absolutely hates Donald Trump Stormy Daniels former attorney Michael Avenatti who comes out and says when all the evidence is shown in this case

It's gonna be a Trump victory and and bad for the prosecution. Then you have former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo

Saying this case shouldn't even be brought. It's not a local case. What's the local crime here in the state of New York

So you got all these things going against Bragg and yet somehow some way for some reason he wants to keep going

Hmm, could it be that he has designs on becoming the governor himself someday

Who knows but I would say that's a remarkably good guess if one was to guess what the motivation is here for Bragg

So, I mean you have Democrats you have Republicans you have independents coming out and saying this is a ridiculous case and

Bragg seems to be plowing ahead. A lot of people expect an indictment in the next five days

I'm one of those people. I think he's not gonna quit. I think he's a progressive

I think he's driven by ideology and I think he doesn't really care. He wants that mugshot and that's all he wants folks
