hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine
0:02
Sabia for explain America and Trump's
0:04
borders are Tom Holman is not going to
0:07
take any push back from any judge or any
0:10
liberal reporter or anybody else And one
0:13
liberal reporter found it out today
0:15
Before we get started please make sure

0:37
out Guys look Holman's the man I love
0:41
him I think this guy is the answer that
0:45
we've all needed for so long in this
0:47
country to make things better to make
0:50
things fairer to make things work I love
0:52
him I love Steven Miller I love the
0:54
whole staff I think they're great and
0:58
Homeman you know he's pushing back You
1:00
got these liberal judges all over the
1:02
country trying to stop the president of
1:03
the United States as if they are mini
1:05
presidents themselves Over 670 of these
1:09
quote unquote mini presidents that I
1:11
call them you may call them district
1:13
judges That it would be impossible to
1:16
run a government this way You cannot
1:18
have district judges stopping the
1:21
president at every step You literally
1:23
cannot run a government this way
1:26
It it would be impossible Imagine in
1:27
your
1:28
house Imagine in your house you're you
1:32
make a decision for you and your family
1:34
and maybe you got to run it past your
1:35
spouse Okay fair enough But imagine you
1:40
had to run it past your spouse and their
1:43
entire family and your entire family and
1:45
your kids and your f your kids' friends
1:48
and everybody got to get a say And any
1:50
one of them any one of them could stop
1:53
your decision How would you run your
1:55
house how would it even be
1:57
possible that's what Trump is facing
1:59
right now Homeman is not going to take
2:01
it And I love how he responded here I
2:05
want you to watch this and let me know
2:06
what you think in the comments I'm
2:08
joined now by the Trump administration's
2:10
borders are Tom Hman Uh Mr Hman thank
2:14
you very much for joining us I I want to
2:16
start with something you you said last
2:18
week that caused a big stir uh you said
2:21
I quote "I don't care what judges
2:23
think." Now I know you have since said
2:25
that the administration will abide by
2:27
court orders We heard Donald Trump say
2:29
the same thing So what what do you mean
2:31
when you say "I don't care what judges
2:33
think."
2:35
I don't care what that judges think As
2:37
far as this case we're going to continue
2:39
to arrest public safety threats and
2:41
national security threats We're going to
2:42
continue to deport them from the United
2:44
States I understand this case is in
2:46
litigation through the Alien Enemies Act
2:48
and we'll abide by the court order as as
2:51
litigated But my quote was despite what
2:54
he thinks we're going to keep targeting
2:56
the worst of the worst of the worst
2:58
which we've been doing since day one and
3:00
deporting from the United States through
3:02
the various laws on the books We're not
3:04
making this up The Alien Enemies Act was
3:06
actually a federal law It's a statute
3:08
enacted by Congress and signed by a
3:09
president Now that's under litigation
3:11
But put that aside we still have Title 8
3:14
authority to remove illegal aliens from
3:16
the United States And we're going to
3:17
continue to concentrate on those who who
3:19
are the the biggest threat to to our
3:21
communities the public safety threats
3:22
But you're going to abide by court
3:24
orders as long as you know and go
3:27
through your your appeals process But
3:28
you are not going to defy those orders
3:32
No
