Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and President Joe
0:04
Biden has finally broken his silence just hours after his son Hunter Biden was federally
0:11
indicted on three firearms related charges. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:24
The President of the United States had a speech planned for today, but just hours before his
0:29
speech it was learned that Biden, his son Hunter Biden, would be indicted on three gun
0:35
charges related to an application he filled out to own a gun
0:40
And so he lied on that application according to prosecutors about his drug and criminal
0:46
history and also he was in illegal possession of a firearm and there's actually a third
0:51
charge as well. So all told, he could face a total of 25 years in prison if convicted on all the charges
0:59
Very unlikely to happen. Very unlikely he would get 25 years. Frankly, he doesn't deserve, in my opinion, 25 years for this charge
1:08
Honestly, if we're being honest with ourselves, he doesn't deserve 25 years on this
1:13
He is absolutely being used as a tool, I think, here to get at Biden and to get to the root
1:21
cause of the problem and here's where I think he would deserve time and his father would
1:25
deserve time in prison. I believe there's a bigger story here and I think this slap on the wrist indictment
1:32
on the most minor of the charges is actually a ploy to cover the real story here
1:39
That's my opinion. You can agree or disagree. Neil Cavuto actually weighed in on this decision or on the indictment and he had a statement
1:47
from Hunter Biden's attorney. Let's take a look at that. We just got this lengthy statement from Abby Lowell
1:54
Want to read just part of it. He says, Hunter Biden possessing an unloaded gun for 11 days was not a threat to public
2:00
safety, but a prosecutor with all the power imaginable bending to political pressure presents
2:05
a grave threat to our system of justice. We believe these charges are barred by the agreement the prosecutors made with Mr. Biden
2:13
the recent rulings by several federal courts, and this statute is unconstitutional
2:19
And the facts that he did not violate that law and we plan to demonstrate all of that
2:24
in court. Now, after this was done or after the indictment came down, as I said in the beginning of the
2:29
video, Biden spoke about a lot of this stuff. He was going to speak and he kind of addressed it
2:36
He kind of when I say kind of addressed it at the end of his speech, he said, ladies
2:41
and gentlemen, you know, I'd love to take all of your questions, but if I do, I'm going
2:45
to get in trouble. Before that, he said, I know there's a lot that we could talk about
2:50
So that was his way of hinting at it and basically saying, you know, I'm not going to take the questions
2:54
And as he walked off the stage, looking kind of confused, looking to the left and the right and the left and the right to figure out where he was going
3:01
But as he did that, the music Hail to the Chief, the song blared very loudly
3:07
So as if to prevent questions from being shouted. So I think we're going to have an ignore game for a couple of days before we actually hear
3:14
from President Biden about this. He's going to have to address it at some point
3:18
So just stay tuned to us for that. When it comes out. In the meantime, please leave your comments on this story as well as like, share and subscribe
