Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and President Joe Biden has just admitted the unthinkable

Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:18
During this election campaign, you've heard a lot from Democrats about the rule of law
0:22
You've heard a lot from them about nobody being above the law
0:26
And you certainly have heard a lot from them in the past, I don't know, since 2016, about respecting our institutions
0:36
Well, Joe Biden just crushed all of that when he sat at Morehouse College in a traditionally black college
0:44
or what they call an HBCU, and he gave the most pandering, divisive, racially charged speech
0:54
I think any sitting president has ever given. But during that speech, when he wasn't talking about race, which was about three seconds
1:03
he talked about how he thumbed his nose and ignored a Supreme Court ruling, bragged about it
1:09
said the Supreme Court told me I couldn't do it, I did it anyway
1:13
And that's one of the flaws in our system in America, is that there's no enforcement mechanism for the Supreme Court
1:19
They issue a ruling, but they can't put you in jail. Now I want you to listen to what Joe Biden said here
1:26
See if you're as disgusted as the rest of us are, and let me know in the comments
1:31
As always, please remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe. I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America

We love you guys. God bless you. Take care, everybody. Forcing you to prove you're ten times better
1:46
We're breaking down doors, so you have a hundred times more opportunities
1:51
Good paying jobs you can raise a family on in your neighborhood
1:57
Capital to start small business and loans to buy homes. Health insurance, prescription drugs, housing
2:04
That's more affordable and accessible. I've walked the picket line in defense of the rights of workers
2:11
I'm relieving the burden of student debt. Many of you have already had the benefit of it, so I can chase your dream
2:20
Grow the economy. The Supreme Court told me I couldn't. I found two other ways to do it
2:30
And we're able to do it because it grows the economy. And I, in addition to the original $7 billion investment in HBCUs
2:40
I'm investing $16 billion more. More in our history. Because you're vital to our nation
2:52
Most HBCUs don't have the endowments. The jobs of the future require sophisticated laboratories
2:59
sophisticated opportunity on campus. We're opening doors so you can walk into a life of generational wealth
3:08
To be providers and leaders for your families and communities. Today, record numbers of black Americans have jobs, health insurance, and more than ever
3:18
Democracy is also about hearing and heeding your generation's call to a community free of gun violence
3:25
and a planet free of climate crisis. And showing your power to change the world
3:32
We also know, some of you ask, what is democracy? We can't stop wars that break out and break our hearts
3:42
In a democracy, we..
Law & Government
Politics
People & Society
