Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and President Joe Biden
0:05
just had a fantastic meltdown on live television. Before we get started please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe
0:13
Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow
0:19
So President Biden gave an interview with CNN yesterday and as is common practice in
0:25
his interviews and his statements and his speeches, he lied like a rug
0:31
At one part he actually said when he came into office inflation was around 9% and it's
0:36
been lowered since then. No Joe, inflation was around 1.5% and it's gone much higher since then
0:47
So you can try to, and of course the CNN anchor doesn't push back on this because it's a softball
0:53
bubblegum interview. At one part of the interview she does, Erin Burnett is her name, she does get his ire
1:02
because she mentions well the facts and Biden he's not a big fan of the facts
1:08
She tells him hey look the polls are saying you're trailing Trump, the polls are saying
1:13
people are concerned about the economy, the polls are saying you're losing and Biden goes
1:18
out of his mind. All of a sudden Biden doesn't believe the polls
1:22
He believed them all these years, all these years when he was winning election after election
1:27
he believed the polls. But now suddenly he doesn't believe the polls and it appears he's not even happy with her
1:35
bringing up the polls, not happy with the fact that she even mentioned the polls
1:41
As if how dare you ask me a real question, this is CNN, I'm supposed to say whatever
1:46
I want and you're my propaganda machine. And of course she went right back into propaganda machine mode soon after
1:53
But this was actually one of the real questions she asked him and he had to give an answer
1:57
to it and his answer was to have a meltdown like a child having a tantrum on the playground
2:04
when you tell them they can't play on the monkey bars. That's your president, that's your, this is you know they portray him as this nice guy
2:12
Oh nice Uncle Joe, no he's nasty. If you've ever seen his interactions with reporters, with people who press him, he can
2:19
be a real nasty person. This interview was another example of that
2:23
I want you to watch it and let me know what you think. Please remember to like, comment, share and subscribe

I'm Carmine Sabia for Explain America. We love you guys. God bless you
2:34
Take care everybody. So when you talk about the economy of course it is by far the most important issue for voters
2:41
It's also true right now Mr. President that voters by a wide margin trust Trump more on
2:46
the economy. They say that in polls and part of the reason for that may be the numbers and you're aware
2:52
of many of these of course. The cost of buying a home in the United States is double what it was when you look at your
2:57
monthly costs from before the pandemic. Real income when you account for inflation is actually down since you took office
3:05
Economic growth last week far short of expectations. More confidence, maybe no surprise, is near a two year low
3:13
With less than six months to go to election day, are you worried that you're running out
3:18
of time to turn that around? We've already turned it around. Look, look at the Michigan survey
3:23
For 65% of the American people think they're in good shape economically
3:27
They think the nation's not in good shape but they're personally in good shape
3:31
The polling data has been wrong all along. How many of you guys do a poll with CNN
3:37
How many folks do you have to call to get one response? The idea that we're in a situation where things are so bad, the folks that, I mean, we've
3:47
created more jobs, we're in a situation where people have access to good paying jobs and
3:53
the last I saw, the combination of the inflation, the cost of inflation, all those things, that's
4:01
really worrisome to people with good reason. That's why I'm working very hard to bring the cost of rentals down, to increase the
4:07
number of homes that are available. But let me say it this way
4:13
When I started this administration, people were saying there's going to be a collapse
4:17
in the economy. We have the strongest economy in the world. Let me say it again, in the world
4:23
Although GDP last week was far short of expectations. Oh, was it
4:27
Look, GDP's still growing. Look at the response of the markets. Overwhelmingly positive
4:33
Overwhelmingly positive. And one of the reasons why people feel good about it not being as strong as it was before
4:39
is they believe that the Fed's going to respond. They hope they're going to get a rate cut. Yeah
