Biden Gives Brittney Griner Horrific News - Stuck In Russia

The midterms are coming. We've got to get the conservative message out there

We got to get people to vote Republican on November 8th. Folks, it is you, it is us together to take this country back

So President Joe Biden spoke to Jake Tapper about the upcoming G20 summit

and he was asked if he would speak to President Vladimir Putin

The president responded that he would speak to the Russian president only as it pertains to Britney Griner and getting her back

Now when he was leaving on Marine One, he was asked by a bunch of reporters again

if there was any movement on the Britney Griner front to which he said none with Putin

Now this is troubling on many levels for Britney Griner and her family

and for those who love her. And whether you like her or not, as a player, as a person

whatever the case may be, she was caught with a very little bit of cannabis oil in Russia

and sentenced to nine and a half years in prison. That's excessive by any means and this is obviously

you know, being used for more than just punishment for cannabis oil in my opinion

That being said, when you go to foreign countries, it is very wise to obey said foreign countries laws

because you never know when something like this might happen. So, Griner's attorney in Russia said that her client, his client rather

is now very afraid that she's going to have to spend the entire nine and a half years in a Russian prison

Well, judging by the lack of movement from the Biden administration, starting to look like that might be the case

there have been prisoners in Russia, Paul Whelan springs to mind, Trevor Reed

who spent great deals of time there, Paul Whelan still there. Again, you go to foreign countries, you take this risk

and for Griner, I think maybe at first they thought this was going to be a quick

prisoner swap for the merchant of death, Alex Bout, who the United States very publicly offered

to get Whelan and Griner back. I think that a lot of people are thinking if President Trump were in

office, Griner would be home by now because as you remember, a bunch of basketball players were detained in North Korea, Trump got them

back within about a week and then they came back to the United States and trashed Trump

as well as their father trashed Trump. So, you know, it's people are going to be who they are

The point here is Griner is in a precarious situation and it looks like the administration to me

it looks like they don't really care all that much and Griner's family has

really been supporting the Biden administration through this and you have to wonder why

since he's really done absolutely nothing for them of any substance to get anything done that we know of

So again remains to be seen what happens but you know, I don't anticipate a Biden-Putin meeting over Brittany
