Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America, and sometimes when you have a plan
0:06
that plan kind of collapses in on you, even though the plan was originally to get somebody else
0:14
That's what looks like might have happened to Joe Biden today at the Supreme Court. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share, and subscribe

Those little things really help us out, and they help our channel continue to grow
0:27
So Joe Biden, of course, as you know, has been a disaster on the border
0:32
A lot of people believe his policies are actually welcoming illegal aliens into the country
0:38
That would be, by a lot of standards, a criminal act. Well, former President Donald Trump's attorneys, as well as Jack Smith's attorneys
0:47
they were arguing before the Supreme Court today, and one of Trump's attorneys actually made a valid point
0:54
He said, well, okay, if we take the Jack Smith argument, if we take the federal government's argument here, that there is no immunity
1:03
well then, couldn't Joe Biden, when he leaves office, be prosecuted for criminal actions
1:09
at the border, for allowing people, kind of inviting people, in a lot of people's opinions
1:15
to come across the border? Could President Obama have been charged with crimes for drone strikes that targeted American
1:23
citizens who were terrorists, but American citizens who did not get due process of law
1:29
Could he have been charged for those? Could Trump have been charged for COVID deaths
1:34
Could, you know, any of these scenarios creates a real big issue
1:40
If you make a policy decision, could you be charged criminally if it hurts people's businesses or what have you
1:46
So these are massive decisions. So while I do not believe that blanket immunity should be a thing
1:51
because no, you'd have a king then and not a president, I do think a narrow ruling here would be in order
1:58
on these particular acts that Trump took to be immune from prosecution
2:04
which would end Jack Smith's case, it would end Fannie Willis's case
2:08
it would stop Arizona from indicting Trump. It would be a massive victory for Trump
2:12
I want to know what you guys think, so as always, please let me know. Remember to please like, comment, share, and subscribe

Take care, everybody. Bush have been sent to prison for obstructing an official proceeding
3:23
or allegedly lying to Congress to induce war in Iraq. Could President Obama be charged with murder
3:31
for killing U.S. citizens abroad by drone strike? Could President Biden someday be charged with unlawfully inducing immigrants
3:40
to enter the country illegally for his border policies? The answer to all these questions is no
3:48
Prosecuting the president for his official acts is an innovation with no foothold in history or tradition
3:55
and incompatible with our constitutional structure. The original meaning of the..
