'Adam Schiff Will Be In Jail For 1,000 Years' - California Democrat Gets Devastating News

So it was, you know, we're looking at the indictment of former President Donald Trump

in Georgia, and one of the things that is in this indictment are Twitter posts that

he made, and these were somehow supposed to be election subversion posts

But what was he actually asking people to do? Well, when you go and look at the posts, it's tune into OANN, their Georgia election coverage

or you know, tune into this channel, they're talking about the Georgia election and what

you know, he believes happened there. Well, I mean, is that a crime

Is that a crime you go to jail for? So Senator Lindsey Graham actually, you know, he got a gem on this one

He said, well, if that's the case, you have Adam Schiff going on every network for years

talking about Russian collusion, basically accusing former President Trump of being a

Russian agent. When you have Schiff doing this, saying he has evidence of Russian collusion that he's

going to show someday, by the way, we're still waiting for that day, but he's going

all the networks saying these things and then nothing happens to him

So Lindsey Graham says, if this is the new standard, if this is the thing you could put

people in prison for, for a hundred years or whatever it is, if this is the new standard

well then Adam Schiff should be in prison for a thousand years

And I kind of agree with that. Now, I don't think Adam Schiff should be in prison for a thousand years, but I don't think

President Trump should be in prison either. We're talking about speech here

We're talking about free speech here. It has to apply to everybody

Then as Lindsey Graham said in a subsequent tweet, he said, okay, so it's election denial

Denying the winner of the election is what you're going to put Trump in jail for

Well you have somebody in your own state named Stacey Abrams who said she refused to concede

because she believed she was cheated. So what he said is if that's the standard, if you believe you're cheated, then you don't

want to concede. Now you can go to jail for that. So if that's the case, then shouldn't Stacey Abrams be arrested

Folks, come on, it's a double standard and that's what Graham is saying here

He said the standard is if you're a Republican and you believe you were cheated, you go to jail

If you're a Democrat and you believe you were cheated, nothing happens. It's kind of hard to argue that

It's kind of hard to argue the optics. Now I will say to you, there are differences that I will tell you about

Trump actually took steps to stop the certification. He had plans in place to stop the certification

Stacey Abrams did not have those plans. She didn't have the power to do that

But if she did, would she have? We don't know. So it's not just free speech

I don't want to lie to you. It's not just a free speech issue

But when she's putting free speech things into the indictment, when she's talking about

his tweets, that's when she's going off the rails. That's when she's gone too far

Because now you're criminalizing former President Trump's speech and if you're going to do that

then you have to criminalize it for Representative Adam Schiff, Stacey Abrams, and everybody else
