Word Mail Merge: If Then Else Rule for Conditional Paragraphs
This video tutorial shows you how to use the If Then Else rule of Mail Merge to insert conditional paragraphs. In the video, we merge data from an Excel spreadsheet into a Word document. We would like to insert a different paragraph of text depending upon the value in a mail merge field. This is made easy in Word thanks to their built-in If Then Else tool.
