Highlight the 2nd Saturday and Sunday of any Given Month - Excel Trick

In this video, we highlight the second Saturday and Sunday of any given month with Conditional Formatting. I was asked this question last week and it was an interesting challenge. One that can be adapted to return the date of the next Thanksgiving or any other date. The formula is quite complex and I found this version at www.excelfox.com from an MVP named Rick Rothstein. The formula needed tweaking to work within a Conditional Formatting rule. But this was simple once I found Ricks's solution.
