I've Lived in 10+ Countries, Met People from EVERY Corner of the World, I've Learned So Much

As a visual storyteller, passionate about travel and adventure, I feel incredibly lucky and grateful (Not everyone can do this) to have explored the world and lived in different countries and cities —from France (back in college and after) to China—meeting people from a rich variety of cultures, faiths, and philosophies across South America, Europe, Africa, and every corner of Asia, from Central and South Asia to East and Southeast Asia. I’ve made friends all over the place (with my closest circle being in China, and a few other friends from South Korea, Malaysia, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam and some expats from Europe, U.S., South Africa, etc ), and these connections have taught me more about life and the world we share than any book, website, or classroom ever could. The stories that they have told me gave me real perspective on the real world, not from the media's interpretation of the world, which is always biased. I'm very fortunate that they have really opened up fully to me and learned from them what is it like to be in their shoes. That perspective is truly a blessing—and it’s what keeps my eyes, my voice, and my storytelling sharp and inspired.
