some Thin wire that you can bend easily

just any sort of craft wire will do

really there's nothing special there and

you could use different colors I'd cut a

good 6 in some ribbon to hang it up with

and maybe some to decorate the bottom

but that's up to you you may even want

to tassel so let's get started the first

thing you're going to do with your paper

strips is Mark them so I recommend that

you get one of your strips

and you mark the center so obviously it
