Welcome to the deep jungles of Borneo! Today we’re in Ulu Temburong National Park, Brunei. This is some of the most lush and untouched rainforest I’ve ever seen. After our exhilarating climb to the peak of Temburong’s famous canopy walk we head back to camp at Sumbiling Eco Village. This is where we will prepare the traditional Iban Tribe dish of chicken cooked in bamboo. We also gather our own ingredients straight from the jungle.
