Istanbul is PACKED with amazing STREET FOOD and traditional dishes that make you step back in the with each bite. We take you to have a rich and sinful breakfast called kayak which is drizzled in honey, an adventure to the Topkapi Palace to learn about the Ottoman Sultans who lived there, to have a special HORIZONTAL kebab for lunch with spiced lamb and salad, a quick ferry ride across the Bosphorus river to the Asian side of Istanbul, a quick snack at a local shop for lamahcun, Turkey’s answer to pizza washed down with the local drink Ayran, and of course, one of our favourite foods in all of Turkey, we eat Pide for dinner.
