Motorcyclist shatters rear windshield during street takeover while armed with two kids inside

Shocking scene as a tourist aboard the top level of a double-decker sightseeing bus in Center City Philadelphia was stopped last night during a street take over and helplessly recorded the incident where a man on a motorcycle stopped and jumped on top of a car, kicking the Rear windshield where two kids were sitting. The man had a gun that fell out of his waistband as he jumped down. He then headbutted a woman with the visor of his helmet. Despite being armed and outnumbered by the bikers. the woman was working for Ubereats and had her two kids in the car due to the high cost of a babysitter she tried fight back
