Mark Rothko Song –Dar Williams cover

The first time I got to experience a full Mark Rothko exhibition, I genuinely wept. But the second time, I also wept. And the third. The emotional intensity of his abstracts never fails to grip me, and I will always need a moment to collect myself afterward, and I will not really be interested in looking at anything else for a while. And somehow, Dar Williams wrote a song about exactly that. This is "Mark Rothko Song."
