Here is a quick list: Discover It Cash Back (or secured) Apple Card Chase Freedom Flex Amex Credit Card Chase Sapphire Preferred I chose two Chase cards because of the 5/24 rule, the Amex credit card to increase credit limit, Amex generally gives higher limits, the Apple card is for coolness and the Discover it card is so you can earn cash back right off the bat. You could also try the Capital One Platinum as a first card, but it doesn't earn any rewards.
