### Garlic Butter Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles
**Ingredients:**
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the shrimp:** Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. **Cook the shrimp:** In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
3. **Sauté the garlic:** In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
4. **Add the zucchini noodles:** Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
5. **Combine:** Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss everything together. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. **Serve:** Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
