### Green Smoothie
**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup spinach or kale, washed
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the ingredients:** Wash and chop any necessary ingredients.
2. **Blend:** Add the spinach or kale, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds or flaxseeds, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes to a blender.
3. **Blend until smooth:** Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
