**Ingredients:**

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips
**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat the oven:** Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2. **Mix dry ingredients:** In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. **Cream butter and sugar:** In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
4. **Combine:** Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the optional nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
5. **Bake:** Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
