Hi, my name is Amber Artelino and these are my babies
0:13
This is Piper and this is Ziggy. This is Ziggy
0:28
Piper and I met, I got her in Ohio. She was just a baby little thing
0:37
She couldn't have been more than five pounds. I remember the first month I had her, we had to feed her sugar water because we just needed
0:44
her to put on weight. She was so tiny. So I got Piper seven years ago and Ziggy is two years old and I got him when I started
0:55
Hamilton when I came back after the pandemic had happened and I fell in love with him on FaceTime
1:02
I saw him and I had to have him and he is my little baby boy
1:07
But yeah, seven years old and two years old. I'm currently in Back to the Future right now
1:15
So having two puppies and doing a Broadway show is a lot of work
1:19
Hey girly, where are you going? Every morning we get up, we have a nice long dog park walk
1:26
We make our way down and they get to go see all their friends at the dog park so we hang
1:31
out there for a bit. And then I'll go do my show
1:35
So on a two show day I'll go, I'll spend time with them in the morning and then I'll go
1:39
off to do my show and then between shows I come back, we have another nice long dog park walk
1:46
Then I go do my second show and then I come home and it is so many snuggles
1:52
Piper is just kind of famous in Hell's Kitchen. I mean, Piper goes with me everywhere
1:56
Piper has been to every nail salon, hair salon, gay bar, theater, restaurant
2:04
I mean, Piper is very well known within the community. She goes everywhere with me
2:11
I actually have two dog backpacks that I keep one backpack on the front with Ziggy and I
2:17
put Piper on my back, on the backpack and we just go all around the city
2:30
Piper is so loyal and like, she doesn't open up easily. She's very, like, she's a mommy's girl
2:40
I'm trying to think what the perfect role for B. She's like Queen B so I feel like I
2:45
would put her in Heather's. She would be like Heather Chandler. Like, Piper is that girl
2:53
And Ziggy is like my dopey baby boy. He's like afraid of everything
2:58
He's so sweet, such a good-hearted baby. What's a perfect role for you
3:06
You're a lover boy. He's like my little hopeless romantic. Let's put Ziggy as Christian in Moulin Rouge
3:16
So, my dogs, their hidden talent is that they both sing themselves
3:22
They're both singers so I'll demonstrate. So we practice our scales. So everyday we start with our oohs. Ooh. Beautiful. Ooh. Ooh. Beautiful
3:42
Ziggy, would you like to chime in? Ooh. Ooh. Ooh
3:57
Yeah, Ziggy was a baritone at first, but now it's really coming into his like mezzo soprano
4:02
So we're honestly both beautiful job. Really good singing voices. We'll practice again tomorrow
