Well, Owen, the character's name is Owen, he owns actually three laundromats
0:18
And one morning he's there because his assistant quit, and then a young lady walks in
0:28
and they kind of have, you know, he has an attraction to her, and they start talking about life
0:33
they start talking about, you know, how he got his three laundromats
0:38
and they kind of, you know, kind of connect with one another
0:43
And so they set out for a date. I think, and then there's a story
0:49
where she's dealing with two sisters, and they have eventful things happening in their lives
0:54
that's going to affect everybody. And it comes around, and we'll, you know, we have a
0:59
it's just a beautiful scenes that are written by John that's just going to make a great story
1:05
She's just so real, and she's innocent, and she's good, you know, and she's a little down in the dumps
1:11
and I can certainly relate to that, and especially, you know, coming in at this point in life
1:17
for these past three years, I've felt a little bit, I feel a little beaten down
1:22
And so it's nice to see her get to go through this journey
1:26
and there's so much love in this play, and there's so much, it's written with so much love
1:32
that I feel it, getting, just saying the words. Okay, I love Susie
1:36
Why do I love Susie? Because we are very different. She is, she's very organized
1:44
She's very responsible. She is the middle sister. She's very caring, and she's tough as nails
1:53
And, you know, she knows how to get stuff done. And she's an incredible mom
2:00
and an incredible sister to her sisters, and she wants what's best for her family
2:07
And I don't want to give away too much, so that's what I'll say, and I love her. And she's more stylish than I am
2:14
and I love that too, so yeah. So I play Trish. I play one of three sisters
2:20
I have two sisters, so that three points to find a plane
2:25
sort of that very special chemistry that three sisters have is something I think about
2:31
a lot in my life, so getting to be one of three sisters was definitely a draw
2:37
Trish is near the end of her life, and she has a very privileged perspective
2:45
as she's leaving this world on what is important, and what remains at the end
2:55
And she's so full of wonder. She's so full of gratitude. She's letting go
3:04
And the writing in my scene, I thought, I can't wait to say these words
3:12
They are so deep, and unexpected, and very, very sort of
3:22
she's having a lot of dreams, so she's having the opportunity to tell her loved ones
3:32
the things that she'll never get a chance to say again. So that kind of like, given 20 minutes
3:41
what would you say? When you could say no more after that
3:47
Is a very rare and precious opportunity as an actor
