A lot of people don't know, I like to think of the show kind of like a VH1 behind the music of the Four Seasons

Matthew Daly was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and grew up watching shows at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts

I just knew I wanted to see as many shows here as possible

And the dream was stand up on the stage, but who knew, you know, it was 20 years ago

More than 50 years ago, the Four Seasons became worldwide superstars. While most people think of these Jersey boys as all American boys, that wasn't quite the case

What I like about the show is they don't try and sugarcoat it. It's very accurate to who these guys were, who they are to this day

Begging you, put your loving hands out baby. With rich harmonies and Frankie Valli's powerful falsetto

the Four Seasons created one of the most iconic sounds in rock and roll history

How did the four lead actors recreate it? They really try and stress the fact that we're not tribute artists

It's not, you know, we're not impersonators. We're not tribute artists, but at the same time paying tribute to the artists

The one exception, the actors who play Frankie. They go through what's called Frankie camp before they get to play Frankie

And it's this crazy week of hell that I would never want to go through to do it justice

And it's not an easy sound to do justice to. The end result is a show that will have audiences saying..
