1:04
Read that. No, it's here. Oh, oh, oh, well, not just one, not two
1:09
but three outstanding Broadway performances will be happening live right here on the stage
1:15
Yes. If there's any answer, maybe love could happen after so many months
1:22
Oh, we can only try. You got to get up every morning
1:32

1:45
That you're beautiful You're beautiful You beautiful as you feel Amazing What do you have it here today I made a truffled egg salad croissant sandwich So basically if you like truffles this is the thing to eat today
2:07
Don't forget the sun dried tomatoes. It's so mad afterthought, you know
2:11
But it does Mediterranean egg salad. You know what? I'm hungry. I got to try this too
2:17
Here we go. This, I love this combination. It is delicious. Let's see what this is
2:22
We got all over the mic. See? Can't get it yet you come up with the flavors you wanted to have here today for waitress
2:33
Well, it's the fall, so the pumpkins are in season. These apples just came from the farmer's market yesterday, so that's sort of what we decided to do
2:41
I mean, if I'm going to be totally honest, I've sampled both of them, and they are to die for
2:46
They're fantastic. I've got to sample the pumpkin. Here we go. That is like the smoothest pumpkin pie
3:00
Broadway Chase. You're not a man. I'm a man
3:28
I'm loving it. I've already tried a lot of the food. That French toast blueberry moment was amazing
3:34
That's what I had. I know. I love Broadway and food. So together it's like the best combo
3:38
We had to do something purple and delicious. So we have a French toast, a blueberry French toast
3:46
And it's covered with a rum blueberry syrup. And topped with slab bacon crumbles because brunch is not brunch if you don't have bacon, baby
3:55
The real bacon, slab bacon. Not that other thin bacon Y think there was some slab bacon in the color purple Absolutely of course I sure I here Oh yeah Mm Mm
4:09
I got you. I got the purple left. This is super fun
4:15
Thank you all really, truly so much for coming. This is the inaugural one of these. We hope that we can continue doing it here after year
4:21
My baby and me. I do my puppy world. Now don't you agree
4:29
We're going to run up and something to hide. Because what I had my mind's my feelings more that I can keep inside
4:35
Let me assure you it won't go away. I got to show you it grows every day
4:42
I was no one of love but now I'm going to be. Because I got my baby, my dear little baby and me
4:51
We're calling it our magic carpet manouche. It's like a pita flatbread with some Zatar spice on it
4:58
then some labnay and an olive and tomato top and on. So that's like a little taco
5:02
I'm going to fold this like a little taco just like the..
5:06
That is superb. That is so amazing. The food and the theater worlds have such a great marriage
5:13
So this event is fantastic. It's the first year and we're really excited to be a part of it
5:18
Making design. It took a while. We did a few attempts as you can see we have about five of them here
5:23
It took us a while to get it but they came in pretty good. It takes a while to have this
5:28
and then you have to let a proof and then make it, well, on a few hours, not too long
5:33
These are great. Just tell me how excited you are, what this is a brand new event, Broadway tastes
5:38
Yeah, this is really cool. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I think it's really exciting that you have a pairing of a
5:44
Broadway show with a restaurant, and you get to kind of have a taste of both
5:49
Yes, it's lovely to see all of this Broadway, all of these great restaurants giving to a great cause
5:55
So here we are at the Jersey Boys Carmines table. Tell me what we have here today gentlemen We have the four seasons Tuscan bean salad Yes we do Yes we do We put four beans in this for the four seasons and we got you covered with red kidney white kidney
6:11
kind of lini and black beans in here today. We go, Jersey Boys. Who loves you, baby
6:19
You can taste it. I can't see it. I can hear all four of you singing the way on this
6:26
This is great. It's a meatloaf made with pork, meat, duck meat, but foie gras to bring a little bit of fatiness and richness
6:35
And to finish on top, we put the quay legs just sealed to bring this real breakfast item
6:41
It's a brunch, need to be nice. And then you have some graosh
6:45
And around it's a lingonberry juice. Go free, go. Here we go
6:51
You go, here we go. That's an entire meal in one bite
6:58
How cool is this combining Broadway and food? What this means to being a newbie here
7:03
just starting with the New York production of The Book of Mormon. Well, it's fantastic
7:07
I mean, for a foodie like myself, it's a bit overwhelming, you know. I've come in, I've got a show this afternoon
7:11
I'm trying not to eat too much, but you know, it's wonderful. It's great cause, look at the support
7:15
that it's generating, it's fantastic, it really is. And just another example of how Broadway
7:20
does everything so much bigger. It's wonderful. Oh, Charlie, we'll hear me
7:26
and you'll hear me and be able to my heart. I know that my emotions are something I just can say Yeah
7:38
I'm feeling up, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, come under my feet down, sky, tumbling down
7:44
tumble down, I'm going to be up, oh, um, uh, uh, rocky clouds, sky, tumbling down
7:52
a tumbling down, a stumbling down, a stumbling down, a stumbling down
7:57
Because I'm coming down I'm coming down I'm coming down Come on coming down
