Let me show you a quick way to create and send an invoice on PayPal

We're going to do this on paypal.com on the computer. First, log into your PayPal accounts

So you could do this with a personal PayPal and a business one. I'm going to show you here on the business one with a business account

Under these quick links here on the homepage, you're going to see invoicing

Let me quickly show you a personal account too, and show you where you find invoicing there

Now on a personal account, this is what a personal account looks like

You just need to be on the homepage of a personal account and you'll see

create an invoice from this tab too. You could always go to send a request

And on this page, it also has an option to create an invoice. You just have to press send an invoice

And here it's going to bring you to the invoicing page, which this page looks exactly the same on their personal and business accounts

So let's go back to my business profile to finish this up. Okay

Back in my business account, I'm going to click invoicing here. Now it's going to bring us to this page

All your previous invoices will appear over here and you could go ahead and

search for them or search by date with the filter, but to create one, we just

want to go up here and press create new. And you could create invoices, estimates, batch invoices

In this case, we just want to create one invoice. To create an invoice, the first thing you want to do is who are you invoicing

So the person's name or phone number is going to go over here. Next, what are they paying for

So the name of your product or service will go over here. And if you haven't created one, you could press create a new item

Now here you could choose if it's a goods or a services, type in the name

here, type in the quantity and type in the price per unit and choose the

currency here and any extra description. If you want to add that as well and taxes and things like that

And then it's going to add it like this. Once you create that, if it's an item that you need to ship, you

need to add an address in this case. It's not, it's a service

So I'm going to turn that off. It's going to show you the subtotal. And then once you set everything up, come all the way on top and then press edit

And then here you could change the invoice number. You could change the invoice date and you could change when it is due

And then go ahead and save that. And before you go ahead and press send, do a quick email preview here

And this is basically the email they're going to get and they could view and pay the invoice by clicking over here and going to their PayPal account to pay it

And once you're happy with how it looks, you could go ahead and press send right up here

And just like that, it says your invoice is being sent to your customer

It says it's due right now. You could press the three dots next to your invoice. If you want to download a PDF, all your invoices will show up on this page
