Susanna Reid is an English television presenter and journalist. From 2003 to 2014, she co-hosted BBC Breakfast with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt. She came in second place on the eleventh season of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. Alongside Ben Shephard, Kate Garraway, and earlier Piers Morgan, Reid has been the principal presenter of the ITV Breakfast show Good Morning Britain since 2014. From 2010 to 2011, she additionally hosted Sunday Morning Live on BBC One. The week after it was revealed that Reid would join ITV, the Television and Radio Industries Club named her Newsreader of the Year at their annual awards ceremony in March 2014. She received the same honor once more in 2015. She also received an honorary fellowship from Cardiff University, where she studied before, in 2015.
