Scale AI Taps Jason Droege As CEO After Meta's Multibillion-Dollar Investment

Scale AI plans to name Chief Strategy Officer Jason Droege as its next CEO following a multibillion-dollar investment from Meta, Bloomberg reported. Founder and current CEO Alexandr Wang is expected to leave the data-labeling startup and join Meta as part of the deal, which may be announced as soon as Thursday. Wang has built strong ties in Washington and is seen as a key figure in AI. Additional Scale employees may also join Meta after the investment closes.
