The national gas average hit $4.16/gallon — up 91 cents YoY and well above the pre-conflict $2.98 — with diesel averaging $5.67 despite the Iran ceasefire. GasBuddy's Patrick De Haan warned prices could take weeks to fall below $4 and may spike again if the ceasefire collapses.
