The Story Behind SURAH QURAYSH Behind story of Surah Quraysh ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ According to this Surah, Allah reminds Quraysh of two special favors: their trusted winter and summer journeys (riḥlat ash-shitā’ waṣ-ṣayf) and the fact that He fed them in hunger and made them safe from fear. And because of those gifts, this Surah commands a single response: “So let them worship the Lord of this House.” This documentary tells the behind story of that reminder. How a barren valley with no farms and no rivers became the heartbeat of Arabia. How Hāshim organized trade routes to Yemen (winter) and Syria (summer)—and how Allah placed a unique trust/safety (īlāf) around Quraysh so their caravans could move when others hid from the desert.
