買了鬆餅機,做了燕麥鬆餅後,第二個想做的就是鯛魚燒! 還記得小時候玩史萊姆,最喜歡的遊戲之一就是做鯛魚燒,經典的鯛魚燒是包紅豆或是卡士達,但這次想做點不同的,就把外皮融入抹茶,內餡改為栗子,做了 抹茶栗子鯛魚燒。
→ Revised Vegan Version:
- For the batter
1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
3 Tbsp water
35 g cane sugar
1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
60 g oat flour
5 g matcha powder
Water to thin
- For the chestnut filling
50 g chestnuts (roasted & shelled)
1.5 Tbsp maple syrup
