Manchester City found guilty of every serious Premier League financial breach charge

The Premier League has revealed that Manchester City arranged "sham contracts" with commercial partners to disguise more than £830 million of secret funding as it confirmed that the club have been found guilty of all charges relating to serious breaches of the competition's financial rules between 2009 and 2018.
