NEW Mayor Winddancer Intro For Zootopia: Better Zoogether at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Less than a year after debuting at Disney's Animal Kingdom, 'Zootopia: Better Zoogether' is already receiving an update. Beginning July 29, 2026, the Tree of Life theater show will feature a new scene introducing Mayor Winddancer from "Zootopia 2." While Mayor Winddancer isn't among Zootopia's best-known characters like Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, or Flash, the addition gives Disney's Animal Kingdom show a way of bringing Patrick Warburton's unmistakable voice to the attraction. The addition demonstrates how Disney continues to evolve experiences alongside its film franchises. It is not uncommon for theme parks and attractions to update experiences within the first year of their operation, but it is still a noteworthy moment.
