hey hey how you
0:45
doing all right ladies and gentlemen welcome to the brand new show here on the uh Universe comic con Network in my
0:51
corner with myself Mark Ash and our first guest this this uh on this episode
0:57
The One and Only the man the myth the Legend the one and only the Assassin
1:03
West Harper now now you know I come out of professional wrestles where I got my
1:08
sard and the Assassin sounds like a name that we would use and uh so how how did
1:14
that moniker come to me you know I I didn't coin myself uh a fan a fan
1:19
reached out and every time I made a post he would say boy that dude's like an assassin every time he goes out hunting
1:25
he comes back with food and so he kept hashtagging me every time and then uh
1:30
one time I said okay let me let me follow up with that and I hashtagged it and then the fan clubs picked up on it
1:37
and from that minute on I was the Assassin absolutely so yeah so it's it's pretty cool you know I enjoy it fun
1:45
absolutely so now I know you and I talked to on a podcast which is still available on Spotify if you look up uh
1:51
me Mark as celebrity podcast um we talked a little bit about you know naked afraid which we'll probably rehash a
1:57
little bit of that today too um but uh we were I mean you've always been in
2:02
survival um way best I can remember from the podcast I mean it has been a few months back I've always been outdoors
2:07
guy so what led you to go to naked and Freight I know we mentioned on the podcast but my memor is a little foggy
2:12
oh I stumbled on the first show I stumbled on the first show and was just captured by it uh my wife and I watched
2:19
it together and then then it was our routine every Sunday and then I started
2:24
you know bitching at the TV telling them armchair quarterback and what they should do with they shouldn't do and
2:30
screaming at the TV and then uh one day my wife got out her laptop and she filled out an application for me nice
2:38
and it must have been in the right place at the right time because the next day I got a call from California nice and a
2:43
year later I was in Brazil nice yeah so it it was very fortuitous how it
2:49
happened and it all came from just being a fan of the show and watching and thinking yeah I could really do that and
2:56
I remember your first uh first time you went out I mean I I can't remember who your partner was cuz like you've been on
3:02
I think four different times I believe I've been on five times five times okay okay and young Jesse and uh I know she
3:08
tapped out and left you there alone and then Co brought it into your oh
3:13
with okay yeah yeah Su in Ecuador in the the cloud forest gotcha okay so I had I
3:19
had to order of them backed up okay that's fun there been a few of them now I got you that's fair but yeah I
3:25
remember you were there um you know you know you were toughing it out on your own and and they came to you and said
3:31
they had to get you out immediately cuz the borders were being shut down so yeah they were closing the country right so
3:38
yeah that was uh that was a surprise to me obviously they uh they documented it
3:44
really well you know the the emotional roller coaster I was on uh knowing that
3:49
I couldn't actually finish a challenge and then flip-flopping to worrying about my family back home right you know for
3:56
something that I I didn't really know was going on in the world right because you know I was I was
4:02
immune from news yeah absolutely so yeah that was a that was a wild roller coaster took uh took a lot of time to
4:10
get out of Ecuador um the things actually that I can't even talk about getting out of
4:16
Equador um but I finally got back home and you know thrust into the world of Co
4:22
like everybody else Madness yeah it was definitely Madness it still is I mean I
4:27
was Doctor last week and they were all masked up like like 2020 again and I'm
4:32
just like I'm sorry I'm not said y'all know my medical problems that's why I'm here I'm not putting on
4:38
yeah yeah um but yeah that's the thing you know and then I know you've done
4:45
Frozen was definitely a good one we should talk about that hair just a little bit um but that back to Africa one I mean that was that was a good
4:50
series um um it made for really good TV it did I mean a really good TV but I
4:58
tell you it wasn't much fun participating really I was going to say I mean I you know through the comicons and stuff you
5:04
know and trying to get talking to different naked fre personalities you know I've become kind of friendly with some of the ones that were on that
5:11
one you know Gwen being one of them and she was your partner and y'all had no problem banishing people on that on that
5:17
series no we were in lock step on most everything yeah absolutely but yeah Gwen
5:25
seems to be super nice super nice lady she's great and um you know she's great talked to her yesterday we continue to
5:32
have a relationship got you know uh talk to her probably once a week I know I was supposed to go see her when she her and
5:38
her husband went around the country cuz you know she went to Myrtle Beach for a week or so and and I my wife and I were
5:44
supposed to go down and have dinner with her and of course you know my medical had a flare up it's kind of killed us
5:49
the second thing we were supposed to film today got yeah um but uh that's
5:54
we're still wor we're still going to get it done we're going to push through cuz I mean the last the last SC are just
6:01
most part me and you anyway from this point on so right so we'll get it done and um now Nick afraid the Frozen one
6:09
yeah now I'm going to be honest with you I love cold weather I mean my wife can tell you it's 20° outside I put the
6:14
windows up and you and it put fans in the windows so I mean how did you how
6:20
did you deal with the cold compared to the Heat and which would you prefer I hated the cold absolutely detest the
6:26
cold that was the one challenge I said I would never do and they asked me to do it and I said yes I mean I think it was a bit of uh
6:35
you never know if you're ever going to get asked again mhm so you hate to say no and they asked me if I do it I said
6:40
yes but I I detest the cold I hate I can't stand being cold cuz it's Relentless there's no breaks from it you
6:47
know it's like it's like mosquitoes they never they don't stop right and the Cold's the same way you just you cannot
6:54
recover from the cold right I feel same about heat yeah usually one way or the other
7:00
exactly exactly so it's like I can do a lot of my you know outside film work in
7:06
fall winter and early spring before gets hot you know CU I mean trust me Eastern
7:12
North Carolina's killing me I can imagine what South Africa would do to me when Gwen and I were South Africa it was
7:19
125° a ground temperature of like 145° and you know it felt like a hot summer
7:25
in North Carolina I was chilling I was like I was fine with the heat it it just felt like being home for me yeah a good
7:32
friend of mine it's Marine spend a lot of time in the Middle East he's the same way because we're exact opposite you know we get fishing in the summer and
7:38
he's all happy and cozy and I'm I'm over here cramping up them dehydrated so bad
7:44
from sweating first probably 10 minutes I was out there and then right we go out catfishing in middle of December early
7:51
January and he's wondering how I ain't shivering mled up like he is and I'm running around sleev on us yeah but
7:57
Frozen challenge it was uh it was it was tough cuz you were always battling the cold and then you really couldn't be out
8:03
of your shelter for too long at any time so when you weren't out of your shelter doing something it was kind of I mean it
8:10
was it was I don't want to say boring but there wasn't a whole lot to do right except for some Bushcraft in there right
8:16
you know your whole Focus was to stay warm and then try to eat something right just stay warm try to eat something what
8:24
where where was the Frozen film at it was in Montana Mont very close to St
8:30
what kind of food you guys get in there oh I ate ants mostly okay I mean I ate a
8:36
lot of ants and then we caught a couple crayfish um that was Sarah she made a
8:42
really good crayfish trap we caught we ate that and J Germaine managed to uh
8:47
snare a rabbit okay but that was pretty much it I mean that and few little rose
8:54
hips jiper berries which made me nauseous so there was a whole lot to eat
9:00
it was a it was a quick one only 14 days but I still lost like 25
9:05
lbs yeah well I mean a lot of people don't realize I mean I I Montana not a
9:11
place I can recall haven't been in long long long time um don't recommend it in
9:16
March I'm going to say so I keep humidity I'm going to say humidity plays a big part in a lot of stuff too
9:22
CU sure I can go to places that really have low to no humidity and withstand much higher
9:28
temperatures in eastern North Carolina yeah um and then what people a lot of people don't realize is the humidity
9:35
will still suck the water out of you even in cold weather so I mean so how humid was I mean what kind how was humidity like in Montana um I didn't
9:42
know humidity really in Montana um I noticed shivering in Montana which just
9:48
burns calories like crazy absolutely uh humidity was terrible in uh in Africa
9:53
and it was terrible in Ecuador even though it was raining 9 Ines a day it was still that it it still sucked it out
10:00
of you you know yeah oh and so and Brazil was was unbelievable with the
10:06
heat and humidity just taking every ounce of energy and water out of your system so yeah I mean it it plays it
10:13
plays a definite factor for sure absolutely yeah cuz I mean it's humid
10:18
like I said humidity is what we found gets us cuz you know my wife and I went somewhere and you know she was about to
10:25
fall over from the Heat and she's like now at home you wouldn't be running circles around like you are here and
10:31
that's what we kind of put together from like hey there's no humidity we were in the middle of the desert yeah oh yeah
10:37
North Carolina is yeah hard on humidity so that's kind of where we came down I was like it's the humidity because I was
10:43
thinking about getting infrared saas when when I was training hard Dr around 2016 2017 still right I'd sit 165
10:51
Dees for 45 minutes and I'm like but yet 70
10:57
7172 out side is killing me what's you know just putting things together you
11:03
know eventually you put two and two together you know what it is is getting you yeah you can't be in North Carolina
11:09
and be afraid to sweat that's for sure well like I said you you know I talked about it on another documentary that's
11:15
available I mean so I'm I'm not hiding my my symptoms here you know this autonomia I'm very sensitive to heat and
11:21
I think it's more humidity than true heat but uh you know and that's that's the thing it's just it's czy you know oh
11:27
yeah it'll work it'll work on you work on you for sure now you had a um I know
11:32
we didn't want to talk a whole lot about it but we did say mention it um you were cancer survivor you want to tell us a
11:38
bit about that or uh sure uh prostate cancer runs in my my family um all the
11:44
men in my family have had it um and I got a very aggressive form of it and it
11:51
was diagnosed actually um because of my naked and fright challenges and our health checkups that we have to do uh
11:58
that that was kind of It kind of clued us off that I I had it and I I got on it
12:04
quick you know got it got it early
12:09
removed cancer free it done you know I'm
12:15
fine now I'm back to 100% uh but it was it was a long it was like a year to a
12:20
year and a half long process of recovering from the surgery and
12:26
everything to get get everything back but uh but fortunately got into it early
12:32
found it early realized that it was it was a fast growing cancer and so they
12:37
were able to to get it out and take care of it and get me back well trust me I and I'm myself you know and I my my wife
12:45
she's met you and talked to you previously we're definitely glad you you're still here appreciate you know I
12:50
viewed it just like another challenge though when I got the diagnosis I was like all right I felt sorry for myself
12:56
for 24 hours you know for me type Crow and then I was like all right well this is your next challenge was let's let's
13:03
figure out how to get get past it and one of my motivating factors which is very silly I mean of course being there
13:09
for my wife and my kids and you know all that was I knew I had more naked freid challenges I wanted to do right and I
13:16
was like if I'm going to get back out there I've got to recover from this and beat it and move on and since the caner
13:23
I've done two challenges since then nice so so I'm rocking and rolling now oh absolutely I mean I was in my younger
13:29
days know I can tell you I was in a car accident that anything I was going to survive through the night was head
13:35
trauma which probably has led to dis autonomia you know from what the specialist telling me now right and it
13:42
was on May 17th and I was back in the ring on July 4th I it's obviously well against Dr ERS and everything else but
13:49
thing was you know like you say I looked at it as a no match yeah that's where I want to be you're not stopping you know
13:56
yeah you have to have the right attitude exactly you know you know that's say you seem to have the
14:01
same attitude you know if you're going to beat me you're going to have to beat me I did the Frozen challenge six months
14:07
after my surgery oh wow yeah my scar my scarves were still fresh so yeah all all
14:14
right well I'm say how did my buddy Pete Noel we may be watching this we finally found somebody as crazy as we are
14:21
pal yeah oh man so now let's talk a little bit about uh your cookbook
14:29
which I'm going put the graphics for your website down here at the bottom of it West harper.com is that correct that is West harper.com so we'll get that put
14:36
up on there and tell us a little bit about your cookbook cuz I haven't actually I we've been we've been in an
14:41
event together where you had one there but I didn't get a chance to physically look at it there um I love to cook uh
14:47
not only on the grill but in the kitchen and um when I was a little kid I was fascinated my mom told taught me how to
14:53
make bread when I was a child and I've always loved being in the kitchen and um
14:58
I was the cook for my kids growing up and I just have a love for it and so one
15:04
day I just kind of started putting recipes together and then I thought you know this this might make a decent book
15:11
and so that started the labor of love of putting a cookbook together which anything you do like that takes a lot of
15:17
time absolutely um and I was sick of it by the time I was done you know cuz it takes all your effort but I I still I
15:24
still love to cook and I still refer to my own damn cookbook when I'm cooking some of those meat so nice yeah I still
15:30
get it out but the cookbooks is is is cool it's on my website West harbor.com
15:36
uh it's cheap and there's lots of pictures of a lot of survivalists in there with me from the
15:42
show and so that's good but I've also been doing a lot of other things you know I mean I've been uh making
15:47
appearances and doing motivational talks to people um I actually did a a white
15:54
collar event talking to financial advisors month ago oh nice and so I mean you know
16:01
so so my interests and what I'm into really has a pretty broad range right now yeah but certain things keep pulling
16:08
me back right you know certain things keep pulling me back I love making afraid I love cooking and the cookbook
16:15
and I love meeting with people and you know and I still have a day job MH I I
16:21
own an IT company right I I you know I work every day all day with my IT
16:26
company and then during my break and weekends and evenings I'm a survivalist
16:33
author cancer survivor motivational speaker right so it's a it's full days
16:38
for sure absolutely it's full days I know I've tried to get a hold of you during the week I know oh during the week is tough that's yeah that's that's
16:46
probably how my wife and I stumbled on the show is cuz at the end of the day collapse on the couch and have a beer and a glass of wine and all of a sudden
16:52
you know just trying to wind down for the day absolutely that's that's kind of my myself and my wife's Sunday night
16:58
rituals making afraid and then flip over to another Channel evil Liv here and S of psychopath I mean sure I like the
17:06
medical I mean I like the uh the crime drama stuff too so yeah absolutely it's
17:12
uh but uh what what kind of new projects you got coming up that you can talk about I'm I'm currently working on a
17:21
project um oh I I can't really talk about it too much um it's in that same
17:27
Realm I'm behind the scenes mostly um and that's about all I can say
17:34
okay I'm I'm continuing the journey uh but it's a completely different project and um and it's it's
17:42
it's going to be huge but I'm locked in right now locked down right now I'd love I'd love to just
17:48
sit here and tell all about it but I can't for another couple months no that's fine I I trust me I understand I
17:55
mean right now A filmaker buddy of mine I mean I he sent me script yesterday just to help him do some readings on
18:01
some like auditions you know through zoom and I mean iide IND just to see the script so yeah I get it you there things
18:08
you got to keep you know close to the best very familiar with an NDA
18:14
exactly yeah I understand I understand so fans you know they're watching that's why I can't push him when he says he
18:19
can't talk about it there are legal recourses on this stuff yeah yeah we'll
18:25
take a pass for now but uh when when I can I will I got you got we'll get you
18:30
on another podcast or another episode we'll get you back that's a deal absolutely and um
18:38
now I don't know if you guys are the only two um but yourself and Trish
18:44
balinsky um her daughter and your son went into the challenge together now as far as I
18:50
know y the only two that's had um children go on the show that's never
18:55
been done before okay and yeah um you know we talked a little bit about it on the podcast um and you know we talked
19:03
about how uh Julia right uh julan and way yeah
19:08
Julia I know Julia was that one in my Comic Cons too so um but uh she uh I
19:15
think way got a little bit uh demotivated there at one point and she kind of kicked him in the rear we talked about that oh yeah yeah he'll readily
19:22
admit to that he got he got down in the head and uh you know he was circling out
19:27
of control and she she uh kicked him in the ass and then he snapped out of it
19:33
and was able to do the the challenge he uh he he didn't enjoy any aspect of it I
19:41
don't think mhm um he wanted to do it you know hearing my stories and see if
19:46
he could do it and so he did super proud of him for for jumping in there and and
19:52
finishing it out at the end but I don't think he'll ever want to do another one he just didn't have the love of
19:59
that I do thing I noticed you know with with him and joia I've noticed on many other naked afraid there ain't too many
20:05
people get frog that don't get sick well yeah Frog versus Toad that's a
20:11
big deal frogs are good toads are poisonous right yeah so yeah he uh he
20:18
was Ill the whole time and when he got home I think he was actually a little
20:23
mad at me MH for I don't know maybe for glamorizing
20:29
what it's like when you're out there when it's really actually quite miserable it's wonderful and quite
20:36
miserable and so uh so I mean it's been a couple years now he's recovered he still likes me I love him you know we
20:42
get along but uh but yeah I mean he he did a good job and proud of him and he's still an outdoors guy you know right he
20:50
he continues to do hunting fishing camping hiking the same stuff he did when I took him when he was 5 years old
20:56
right yeah but I I don't think you're going to see him on another day well no I mean cuz he's way you said it I think
21:02
he said kind of the end of that you know like way I call him ex interviews is the way I I me behind the scenes Talk you
21:10
know he did say this this is more my dad's passion than oh yeah yeah yeah but
21:15
you know what I've always said Never Say Never because anytime I'm done with a
21:21
challenge the next day I say I'll never do another one that's it done retired
21:27
and then after a period time goes by it creeps back in on you oh yeah and you're just like man I just got to get out
21:33
there again you know get me out there and so it's so never say never you never know if he'll he'll get back out there
21:40
or not but the day after the challenge I would say no he wasn't going to I
21:46
understand completely I mean my uh neck and upper back problems um as far as pain wise kind of kicked in around 2004
21:54
and I kind of did an official retirement match M and you know kept saying never
21:59
kept saying never about probably about five to six months later one of my promoter friends called me says Hey I
22:05
want you to come do something for me on the show uh I said what do you mean he said well you can be in the ring you're
22:12
wrestling and just me didn't even think about it okay when you know and you know
22:17
and then I kept going 2013 you know oh yeah yeah it CS back in does I I'm I'm
22:24
desperate to do another another challenge right you know and after the last one I score never again
22:29
and now I'm like I'm itching I'm waiting for the phone to ring looking at emails uh I hope I get one more opportunity
22:36
just to kind of close it out I'm not getting any here's here's the crazy thing about ni and afraid to me you know
22:42
like I said we watch it religiously now um but I had never watched a single
22:48
episode until kind of early last year or late
22:54
2022 um I had a friend was Stay With Me he was helping helping me you recover from
23:01
uh the spinal surgery I had stuff I had you know cuz my wife would be way at work and and that was the last thing we
23:06
needed was me taking dog out and falling or passing out or something you know in a Spinal Recovery right and he pulled it
23:12
up on on van started watching and then I got hooked you know my wife would she was like an on and off Watcher so she
23:18
was familiar with with some of it and um we've been hooked from there so it's
23:23
like that's why I say when I get the order of something wrong it's the way I watch it I didn't watch them all in order so the show is like crack you get
23:30
a little taste of it and you can't turn it off it's just like watching a car wreck you know you don't want to look
23:36
but you have to yeah it's yeah I'm still the same way I've been I've done five
23:41
challenges it's been 10 years you know of being on TV I still watch every Sunday right I'm still a maniac I'm
23:48
still yelling at the TV the whole the whole deal nothing has changed at all
23:53
yeah now this see this week's going to be another what I saw in the guy it's going to be another a fan challenge
23:59
14-day fan challenge um it says they go 10 days without food so it's going to be
24:04
interesting to see how that Dynamic stays together nobody can been
24:10
there been there something I I find kind of neat is when you do your first
24:15
challenge you don't know what you're capable of and so every day you're making this is a mile Mark of what you
24:22
can handle right and so on your second challenge you already know you handle a
24:29
certain amount MH and so you surpass that and then every day is new right so
24:35
when since on Frozen I didn't eat for the first 10
24:40
days but I had already been starving on previous challenges so I knew what my body would do right I knew I could make
24:47
that right now on day 11 I was really hungry but up through day 10 I'd already had that experience and so I was like
24:54
I'm good I'm good then then I crossed over into Uncharted Territory on 11 you
25:00
know what I mean right yeah so everybody's first challenge everything is so new all the suffering is so new
25:07
that uh that I really feel for him especially fan challenges like my heart goes out to him CU I remember vividly
25:16
you know my first day getting stung and stepping on Sharp sticks and puncturing
25:22
and getting cut and freezing to death at night and you don't know what you're capable of until you're capable of it
25:29
and have done it and then you know right and then it's the next thing you know
25:34
you keep you keep growing you keep building your uh your abilities so yeah I feel for I feel for first timers I
25:41
mean my first challenge off the bat would be insertion just because I'm somebody that they just never went
25:46
Barefoot I just never did it oh yeah so you know so yeah when I'm stepping on rocks Pebbles sharp thorns and this that
25:53
yeah that's that's going to be a challenge for me out Gat that at least that aspect of it you know can you imagine
25:58
your first three steps you step on a cactus mhm you know and then and so now
26:04
your foot hurts and you're only three minutes into the challenge that mental torment there is is incredible now after
26:12
you've done that the next challenge you step on one you go well damn it here we go again you know you're like okay I've
26:18
been there done that so let's push forward but the first time is uh the first time is the deal that's the one I
26:25
think you remember forever yeah I'm sure yeah [Music] which just like wrestling you know everybody don't don't realize it's the
26:32
chair shots they're 100% legit there's just no fakeing mfing chair against your head across your back with a chair yeah
26:39
we smack with a chair yeah and you always remember that first one more than you remember the rest of them because
26:45
100% yep 100% after you had that first one you know you can take it you right
26:50
CU that that made her BR broke you right there which is why I think when the hardcore stuff started to creep in I I
26:57
did the fallowing thumb TX one time um I went to back told the told the pr I said
27:03
you had to have zeros to the L side of the point you want me to do that again yeah yeah but the thing about gu so
27:10
weird about that they they use the they didn't use the thumb tacks for the plastic in they use the all met ones you
27:16
know the the round oh yeah it's not even the ones that stick in you that hurt so bad it's the ones that were on their
27:21
side oh okay that was the ones that really hurt yeah the ones that stuck in you weren't that bad the on but you know
27:28
because you those BRK in they didn't go in your skin your body didn't take the injection you know like a need one so
27:34
that's those were ones that really hurt yeah you you can have I'll survival you
27:40
can have trust me the younger kids want to do it all the time now they can have it that's why I'm no longer doing it so
27:46
understood so a younger man's game at this point when I go to a wrestle show these days I'm usually doing like color commentary that type of stuff for their
27:53
TV program I understand that completely yes absolutely so now like I said your
27:59
cookbooks available at West harper.com and if I'm not mistaken it's also available on Amazon yeah is it available
28:04
through any other outlets that we don't know about um a couple different retailers have it out there but they're
28:10
they're probably just local to where I live Lake Gaston but no Amazon and
28:16
westar.com okay and that's where I mean we got t-shirts absolutely hats and
28:21
coffee cups and wristbands going on so I've got some stuff for the for the fans
28:27
that really want some some memorabilia cool cool yeah absolutely and trust me I got a lot of naked afraid t-shirts about
28:34
everybody's come out with ones released and so I've ended up with them at some point acquiring quite a few of them so
28:40
yeah I've got a I've got a closet full and of course uh since I started
28:47
making that Bigfoot movie I started getting Bigfoot t-shirts thrown at me by people there you go there you go nice
28:53
nice and let's talk about that just for a minute cuz uh the SCS we we had to shoot the first half because you got
29:00
caught in a kind of a CO quarantine again so we shot you we played Bigfoot through the whole movie but we had end
29:06
up shooting the first part of the movie with you know a standing for you but right you know what's coming up for that
29:12
Bigfoot movie um is going to be like our confrontation um you finally because I'm
29:18
Tech is going to bring the Bigfoot hunter in which I'm playing on that we're going to finally have our confrontation and of course the finale
29:23
and and R I won't throw any spoilers out there as to what it is but I mean you
29:29
guys how Bigfoot Freddy Jason and all the movies ever in you never know if it's truly over or not so it's one of
29:36
those things that we'll have some fun with it that day no I'm looking forward to it I'm really looking forward to it
29:42
no that'll be that'll be a lot of fun yeah it will be it will be I got uh I mean not going be muchan you a't got a
29:48
script to memorize cuz I mean a little bit of talking be done would just be me cuz you're Bigfoot
29:55
obviously yeah yeah and U you know you know we uh it's it's good and hopefully we're going to have a a young man that
30:02
you telling me about involved in that for uh for that day as well yeah cuz what we're going to do he's going to be
30:07
like my Apprentice I'll I'll give this much away he's going to be like my Apprentice that decides to take off in
30:13
the woods ahead of me against better judgment from me and of course that leads our foral so yeah so I like the
30:20
sun of that I like the son of that I got the perfect young man for it bet you miss killing the two young
30:28
girls that in drug like a good slashing like I said the night the first
30:35
night we shot Bigfoot killed two teenage girls and a drug dealer wow you know so
30:40
all right well one less drug dealer right yeah so what man our age wouldn't enjoy that no that's good that's just
30:45
good funny well Wes I want to thank you for
30:50
your time buddy and we're going to plug you West harper.com definitely um I'm working on some local appearances and
30:57
the righ area for myself and West to appear on as well so cuz I know he wants to promote his book and some other you
31:04
know naked NE Freight items and of course you got all the wrestling and some of the movie memorabilia from the stuff I've done and wrestling
31:11
memorabilia and uh was I'm going say it was great having you especially as our first guest brother I mean it's uh I
31:16
appreciate it always a lot of fun seeing you absolutely chatting about stuff absolutely and you saying same same to
31:22
you man cuz we got uh I mean we're about the same age we got a lot of stories to tell you know more every day it sounds
31:29
like but the problem is we're over 50 we can't really remember talk about that
31:36
part all right all right so uh we will our next episode U um I don't want to
31:43
say for sure but our next episode will probably be for those of you remember the old 1970s Adam West Batman series um
31:51
right now we're looking at having Karen Whitfield who was a Batgirl on that series uh is we should have her our next
31:58
guest uh we'll probably have some more Naked and Afraid uh guests as well cuz Believe It or Not Southeastern North
32:04
Carolina there's a few more that are local here that we don't even have to worry about traveling to for the most part so and um all right guys we'll see
