How to Filter by Color in Google Sheets #googleworkspace #googlesheets

Here is how we can filter our data by color

So we have the names of the employee, the department they are working in, and also the country where they're working from

The department and the country are color-coded, and so we want to filter these two using their colors

So to do that, just select your entire data like so. Then up here, go to create filter, click on it, and you have these filters created like that

So to filter the department by color, you can just click on this one

then go to filter by color, choose fill color, we'll start with this one

and we are filtered by this color. I'll just remove the filter

We can do the same for country, you click on the filter, go to filter by color, you choose the color there, I'll choose green

and we have our filter applied like that. We can use two filters at once, I'll just click on this one

filter by color, fill color, I'll choose green again, and we have our data like that. It's that easy
