So it's been a while since I did a manga haul for you guys, so I thought I do one for you all this week

A quick look first at some of the ongoing series that I'm collecting. Alice in Borderland 3 arrived as well as witch hat and it's time

Pellier 10. Psychopass and Specter Shinia Kogamy 5. Such a nice surprise, by the way, that this one

is continuing from Dark Horse. Fire Force 29, Bladed the Immortal Deluxe Edition 6, which went on sale

on Amazon recently, and the second of silent voice hardcover, which completes the set

And of course, I had to pick up Berserk 41. This is the final volume by the goat, Kintara Mira

I have so much to thank him for the creation of my favorite manga to ever release for one

as well as his dedication and love for his art, which is palpable when reading his works

This volume's arrival was bittersweet to say the least. I was excited to read it but also sad to say farewell to one of my top creators of all time

Next are the new series I got into collecting. I have been wanting to own No Longer Human, which is inspired by awesome Madazai's novel of the same name

for what feels like forever, but the singles are out of print and expensive to collect

Then Kadaja announced a complete edition. I couldn't believe it, and now it's finally in my hands

I read this one in one sitting, and it's now sitting confidently in my top 10

No Longer Human is one of the few manga I feel as a masterpiece, so I highly recommend it

It's one that will gut punch you from the very start, and like the original novel, it will pull you into a pit of despair

And for me, this one was even harder to read than another top series of mine

Goodnight Poon Poon by Einyo Asano It isn an enjoyable read by any means It one the most heart series out there but if you aren faint of heart and go into this one with a good headspace is one that you will be glad you experienced by its end It a short read that expertly crafted in the storytelling

I took French all throughout high school and college so I can read and speak the language for the most part

but for some reason it didn't register to me until now to look into buying and reading French manga

Most likely because I thought it'd be expensive as well of difficult to shop French manga in the U.S. with shipping costs

but then I discovered a shop called Lyrica. I am really kicking myself because French manga has opened me up to so many possibilities

so much so that I feel like I'm experiencing manga for the first time all over again

First up is a series I have long dreamed to read physically and own in the collection

It's one of my top manga of all time, Coco Nohito. It follows Mori, who discovers he has a passion for climbing one day when his classmates

egg him on to climb the side of his school's building. The climber is one of the most unique sports series I've ever read, because it delves deep

into the psychological, all the while introducing you to the world of climbing. In this regard it a lot like real or holy land so if you enjoyed either you want to check this one out also Not only does it highlight a sport that not commonly touched on in manga climbing more specifically free solo climbing and later on alpinism

is also done in a way that feels relatable, even though the main character is doing these

larger-than-life things, many of us can never fathom doing. It also delves a lot into self-reflection

Koko Nohito is by one of my favorite creator, Shinichi Sakamoto. I highly recommend checking

out his works in general, most notably the climber, as well as innocent, and his continuation

horror manga to release as of late Gannibal is up next. I picked up all of the volumes

that been released in French so far, volumes 1 through 10. This is one you guys are definitely

going to want to keep an eye out for because it's a hidden gym. In Gannibal, our main character

who is a police officer has just moved to a remote village in the mountains with his family. But it's

not just any ordinary village. It's one that shredded in a lot of mystery. More terrifyingly than

that is a place where cannibals are rumored to reside. He begins to investigate, but one particular

family in the area doesn't take kindly to this at all. There are some pretty gruesome scenes in

this on that will chill you to the bone, but it's a mysterious and thrilling series also

It's one you can't put down when you start reading it and the story develops an exciting but also

unexpected way. Along with the climber, I have long wish to owe my favorite sci-fi manga of all time

It's an Endless World, but it is one of the most out of print and expensive series to collect

in English right now. Luckily, I discovered the French Eating Is an Endless World perfect editions

because these editions are absolutely stunning, especially with the connecting text they included

on the spine. They are some of the most striking editions I've seen on and off the shelf

and I can't wait to get into these volumes. Originally, I was collecting the breaker in English

but then I saw the ultimate editions released in France the metallic details and text the quality of the printing and the slip covers the fact that is collected in five editions for the breaker and New Waves is also almost completely released in France

I decided to pick these up and read them instead. The attention to detail and care that was put into designing these volumes is incredible

They're beautifully made, and I've really loved reading these editions. I picked up all five volumes in the breaker Ultimate Editions

and have the Breaker New Ways Ultimate Editions that have been released so far on the way also

I'm looking forward to getting those in as well. Another beautiful edition from Pika called the Pika masterpiece editions of Roku-Dinashi Blues

These are currently ongoing in France right now. I picked up all that have been released so far, volumes 1 through 3

It's by the creator of rookies, which I also would love to own in the collection one day

This one highlights both delinquents and boxing, so I had to pick it up because these are two themes in manga that I absolutely love

I've been anxious to read the series, and I can't wait to finally get into it. And finally, we have one of my favorite pickups this time around, volumes 1 through 4 of the Beck Perfect Editions

These are on French as well, and the printing and design of these is incredible. The quality of French manga is top-notch and has been a joy to experience as well as read these series in such high-quality additions

Only 12 of the 34 volumes of Beck were published by Tokyo Pop in English, and they are expensive to buy

so I decided to go with the perfect editions instead. Not only will they fully collect this series, but they are also beautifully designed

The dust jackets, the glossy details, everything just looks so nice. And then there's a print quality. The first volume even came with a Beck guitar pick, which was a nice addition

Beck is one of my top series of all times, so it's a dream to be reading as well as collecting the series physically
