Butt hooping 1 hour 31 mins

1 hr 31 mins hula hooping on my butt! 😂🍑 Unofficially (training during my holiday!) breaking my current (2024) Guinness World Record record of 55 mins !! A personal milestone 😊 Did a warmup of biking and hiking to this quiet bandstand atop a hillside town in Tuscany - then a further 15 mins butt hooping warmup…then just decided to see how long I could do ! It was windy but with my music, view of nature and no distractions, got to 1hr 31 mins! I felt I could have gone longer but…had to go and meet someone. This time I didn’t fall over when I was done, so I’m getting much stronger!!! Looking forward to my next challenges… In my trusty @whirleytimes leggings ! 💖
