TopWar New Hero - Shinji Akari Spotlight

A new collaboration event in Top War has started and, as usual, we get a new hero along with that. This time, the collab is with Evangelion so the new hero is Shinji Ikari. He is technically a army branch hero, but nothing about his skills or abilities are about army so you can technically fit him right into every march.
