Play Beautiful Episode 1- Heart

In the first episode of Play Beautiful Leadership, I'd like to share heart for coaching and purpose behind launching Play Beautiful. The episode includes my personal testimony of how God used the most influential coaches in my life, and the cultures they built, to absolutely save me in my darkest times. Their cultures and leadership equipped me to climb out of those dark places and molded me into the same kind of coach they were for me. And that is the mission of Play Beautiful, to impact and equip coaches who wish to be life-change agents. I want to walk beside coaches in their leadership journey, providing the tools and wisdom my life has offered me so that they can transcend the traditional role of a coach and transform their athletes as people first and players second.
