Humility 101: -Your purpose is to teach life & sport ….in that order - What you learned from sport is more important than what you were awarded. -newsflash you probably weren’t good enough to brag about anyway. I said what I said. I wasn’t either - this is their journey, you’re along for the ride. Make sure you’re good at giving directions - coach who they WILL BE, “what” you thought you were is irrelevant. WHO you are for them is vital - High. School. Athletes. Are. Kids 👏👏👏👏👏 - loving your athletes starts with respecting them - refer to these everyday
