Hey everyone, it's Doug here for AIPT and what have we got here
0:10
I'm here at New York Toy Fair and we're checking out the Smart Lab booth
0:14
Yes, fabulous. Hello! So what have we got here? Well, first of all, what have we got right here
0:20
Well, so the first one you're looking at is our Ultimate Secret Formula Lab. This is one of our best sellers in 2017. In fact, so well designed
0:23
So you can do it as a stand-alone and do your different experiments
0:38
The actual generator has magnets down on the bottom and inside, our little piece has magnets
0:46
as well so that you don't have to worry about it. You can move it around, it's not going to hurt your fingers or anything and it just
0:51
sucks it straight down. So our different experiments is we have a ping pong ball inside right now
0:55
Of course it's going to go different. So what you do is if you're holding it up, what's going to happen, turn it on already
1:05
and of course the magnet's going to try and go away. It's going to create an air pressure pocket
1:10
So when you drop the ping pong ball in, it creates a vacuum
1:14
Air molecules are stuck inside, can't push out, so you can't push it down
1:18
But if you stop it and leave the ball inside, give it a start, it sucks it straight down
1:27
The air molecules slide out. So these are the different experiments we have going on
1:32
We have giant books inside full of comics that really pull you in, get you excited
1:38
make you want to do more. So we're going to leave that going
1:42
It goes fast, it goes slow. You can see it has all the glitter inside. We have the polymer balls that get smaller as they dry up
1:48
So this, with all your different air pressures going through, you put water inside, chemicals, whichever
1:54
And this though has actually the 40 different experiments. So that's awesome
1:58
All together it's going to make 60 that you can combine or do separately
2:02
Those are going to be our two best ones that go together. What else are we looking for
2:07
Whatever you've got. Well, we can do our giant man here. This I assume is not for Hill, but this one is
2:14
No, but this one is. He's a live replica of our number one best seller
2:18
In fact, you can even squeeze him right inside. You know you want to do it. Don't you want to squeeze
2:25
Squishy science is where it's at. What you do is there's the pamphlet inside
2:30
When you eat a piece of pizza, what happens to it when it goes through your entire body
2:34
Through all the different systems. So you can pull them out, see where it would go, how it goes through you
2:41
That's great. I know. Squishy human body is one of my favorites
2:45
I just think it's great being able to take apart an entire body. It's fantastic. So last but not least
2:54
we can go through what one of our favorite new toys is going to be for August
2:59
Tiny science, but huge and real experiments. So we're going to be able to do 20 different ones that all come on just this tiny little thing
3:08
Look at that. It is tiny. The size of my hand. And I have small hands
3:12
But everything that you see here is going to be inside. You can do the vinegar and you can do the baking soda tests inside of your little test tubes
3:21
You know, your little flasks. What are you going to cook up on your scales
3:26
The actual gram weights come inside. You can measure out what kind of sugar you're eating, how much
3:31
Your different densities and liquids. It's all portable and compact. It's attached right now, but
3:39
Cool. I know. I know. This is what we're most excited about
3:44
Tiny is really in right now, so. Time to make our own tiny little science
3:50
But a lot of huge fun. A lot of real experiments. These aren't just models, right
3:56
You can actually. These ones are models right now, but. This is still everything that will come inside. Yeah. Okay
4:05
You can get your little pipette. Yeah. Just crazy. Oh, so excited for this
4:11
All right. Great. Well, thank you. Oh, absolutely. Do you have any questions
